Welcome to the Grand Hotel Kissimmee at Celebration, located at the intersection of I-4 and US 192 West, across from the Celebration Area. This hotel is less than 3 miles from the Walt Disney World® Resort area and 1.7 miles from the popular Old Town entertainment complex.

The property had undergone a complete renovation and all guest rooms and public space areas were newly remodeled. Landscaping was replaced to reflect a Floridian atmosphere and the pool area was completely refurbished to help make your stay relaxing and enjoyable!

To help keep you fit while on the road, the hotel offers a fitness center with state-of-the-art fitness equipment and an Olympic-style outdoor swimming pool. The newly appointed rooms offer comfortable amenities including a smoke-free environment, new bedding, remodeled bath areas, mini-fridges, microwaves, free WiFi, hairdryers, in-room safes, activity table and chairs, and much more.

When you are hungry for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, the hotel is in close proximity to a multitude of restaurants that will satisfy everyone’s appetite. The Front Desk staff will be happy to provide you with a map that indicates many of the establishments that are within a one-mile radius.

Amenity Fee: The Hotel does have a mandatory $20 Amenity Fee plus tax charged nightly. This Amenity Fee will be discounted to $14 plus tax per night for all Tripster Bookings. This fee will be collected from the guest upon check-in unless notified otherwise. Resort fee inclusions:

"Try somewhere else"

There will be better cheaper hotels to stay in than this one. I completely understand you get what you pay for but basics should be covered. For example - the room itself was dirty. Anything metal was rusty - for example plug sockets, light fittings, rails etc. There were water marks on the walls and a dehumidifiers in the rooms and hallways so not sure what damp issues they have in the hotel. I decided to have a look behind the bedside cabinet and it was thick with dust and rusty pipes. Pillows are small, towels are small, no pressure in the shower at all. The TV didn't work properly. The air con unit in the room was very noisy and leaked all over the carpet. The curtains didn't close properly either so I used a hairlip to close these at night. Breakfast is very basic - could be improved The facilities around the pool weren't great, the brickwork is coming apart and most of the chairs have holes in them There is a company at the main doorway that attempt to pressure you in some kind of timeshare when you come in, we got to the point that we went the back way into the hotel to avoid them as they were rude and pushy We ended up leaving here before the hurricane hit as they didn't seem very reactive in preparing for it at all. I am glad we left and stayed somewhere that felt more safe Most of the staff we encountered were helpful however - it could be a great hotel if some investment happened in renovating the rooms and facilities The hotel we moved to was a massive difference and you could tell it was managed much better then this one.

I don't normally leave reviews, but our visit here has been a nightmare that I need to warn you about. I have a one year old, so it's important that I have a hotel with a crib available. The website says cribs are available, I verified this by phone, had it added to my reservation before checking in, and was told a crib would "definitely be available", and even triple checked while checking in that there we'd have a crib. Well a crib never arrived. When I called the front desk, they said they ran out of cribs and never told us. They had no suggestions for where we should sleep. I asked to speak with a manager and was told no one was available. Not only that, but beware of the extra fee they will charge when checking in. I paid for my reservation in advance, and the 3rd party site I used to book it said nothing of any fee. If you're looking for a reliable place to stay, a hotel that is honest about its price, or a shred of hospitality, look elsewhere.

"TERRIBLE HOTEL"

AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!!!!! They lie there is no shuttle that takes you to theme parks!!! Customer service is terrible, they will try to pressure you into taking a cab to invest in condos nearby. When you decline they get upset and end up treating you like dirt. Very noisy hotel could not sleep the entire night.

My favorite hotel in the Orlando area. I recommend 10000% I always stay here when I come down for Disney. The staff are always nice. The rooms are always clean. The breakfast is also enjoyable. The location is the best part. I will continue to stay here :)

The hotel is JUST FINE FOR WHAT YOU PAY!! To all those thinking of lodging here, the hotel is JUST FINE FOR WHAT YOU PAID. Its clean enough (for what you paid). The staff is friendly enough (for what you paid). It's location can't be beat! The rooms (and hotel) IS dated but clean. There are clear signs that they need more cleaning and maintenance staff (dirty elevator doors and dirty room doors BUT (for what you paid), it's just fine! My point ?? This is a GREAT VALUE hotel. Nothing is amazing BUT (for what you paid), it's just fine! I've stayed at the Omni, Westgate, Orange Lake, and many NICER Orlando spots BUT (for what you paid), THIS PLACE IS JUST FINE. Ignore the negative reviews, so long as you know that this is a nice, slightly shabby, older, VALUE ESTABLISHMENT. AND IS T JUST FINE, FOR WHAT YOU PAID 😆
