horrible. go somewhere else. thin walls. dirty walls and no water pressure. Heater/AC rattled all night. Could here everything going down the road. Bedding was super thin. Was pushed hard to go through a timeshare spill. Had to unplug phone in run, so they wouldn't call all the time.

Check in was quick. 5 min. We stayed in a 2 bedroom premium. Small kitchen with full appliances and large living room/dining room space. Balcony was roomy with entrance from living room and master bedroom. Big bathroom in master, tub shower combo, two sinks, toilet and place to sit. Plenty of room to walk in master bedroom but small closets. Extra bedroom had full size bed and it's own bathroom. Only downfalls were: not many pots and pans to work with, oven set off smoke alarm and tile floors were very dirty. Bring a swiffer mop to clean kitchen, dining and bathroom floors. Took me 4 pads. Other than that, the stay was great. Would stay again.

Some people might complain that this resort is aging and is not flashy enough, but we always enjoy the size and functionality of the condos. The resort is in the center of the popular downtown area, so it's perfect for those who like to walk to shops and restaurants. We have a special activity in every direction, so we use a good part of our time to drive the nature trail, to go to the Welcome Center and museum, to go to our favorite picnic areas, to explore Cherokee, to visit Cades Cove, and to hit a few places in Pigeon Forge. There's so much to do in the Gatlinburg area. We have a lifetime of good memories based on our weeks spent at Town Square.
