Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Goshen Middletown in Goshen, NY

I’ve traveled a lot for work and for my daughter’s travel volleyball games and my son’s crew regattas, and this hotel certainly tops the lists not only because of their friendly and kind staff members but also for the super spacious, clean and comfortable accommodations. They also have wide array of breakfast choices that caters to both meat lovers and vegetarians! This is my home away from home!

Comfortable. Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great bathroom and water pressure. Comfortable bed. Easy location to downtown Goshen and good eateries. We did not do the morning breakfast (try the Goshen Diner just down the road for a classic NY diner experience)

I travel frequently as a Titanium Elite Marriott Bonvoy Member. I was traveling from NC to NYC Warwick for a small Davis family reunion, we drove 10 hours up. I was so pleased with the excellent customer service upon being checked in by Lisa Front Desk office Manager. Lisa made sure my family and I had rooms that were on the same floor after traveling from different parts of the state. We had family flying in from Houston Texas and driving from North Carolina, we were tired upon arrival and Lisa made us laugh with her great energy and smile. After a long day of traveling we retired for the evening. Later that night I came down to front desk and Nia helped me with extra blankets for my mother who is always cold, Nia was very professional and very helpful. After returning to bed, I was awaken by the fire alarms at 2:30am....... This was unfortunate because my family and I were tired from our long travels, however we came down to the lobby area where Nia was working night audit, and immediately I was impressed by the way Nia kept all the guest calm despite them trying to blame her for the sirens, like there was something she could have done about them. Nia had the fireman come and get the sirens resolved asap...! So my family and I were able to return to bed. I appreciate good customer service and politeness when I travel and I just wanted to shout out Lisa & Nia at the Fairfield in Goshen NY, both of you ladies are Awesome and thank you for making my family and I feel at home during our stay with you! I have stayed in A LOT of Hotels, so this is an honest review. I stayed from 11/19/24 until 11/24/24. I read the reviews prior to booking and decided to book. The price was reasonable, so that helped as well. Let me start with the room (232). It was on the highway side, so if the noise from trucks bothers, you ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel where you can hear people walking around in the room above you! It was very annoying, especially late at night and very early in the morning. Also, the walls, as some have said, are VERY thin! There were a bunch of women next door who were very loud! Even at almost 12 at night!! No, I did not ask for a room change (I already unpacked all of my things), nor did I call the front desk to complain. I have found that it only escalates the situation, and I wasn't in the mood to have the cops called. The beds, as some have said, were a little too soft for me, as were the pillows. As far as the hotel, the lobby was nice. They offer a free breakfast buffet. It was very disappointing and very small. I'm so glad there were Dunkin donuts, Starbucks, and a diner within a 5 min drive. Overall, it was an OK hotel. The staff was very friendly. If I was ever in the area again, I'd look for another place to stay.

It was a great experience Kobe assured our arrival was smooth. I drove almost 1000KM straight with my family and was very tired Kobe upon arrival assured that our room is ready and check us in without any thought. Truly a remarkable gesture. We will definitely go back to this property and hope kobe is still there. Great job Kobe
