Kyle at the front desk is a wizard. Excellent customer service, truly a kind and considerable person— will return just for his service. Made a big difference!! This is a nice hotel with very good breakfast and great staff. Really appreciate the above and beyond service from Kyle.

I booked a room at this hotel nearly two months in advance - paying in full for a discounted rate. I had a late night arrival, and when I arrived at the hotel 12:30am, I was told they did not have the suite I had originally booked and would provide a King. No problem. However when they provided me with a room number, I noticed that the room was on a list of rooms with various issues posted behind the desk. I was assured this was an old list, but that if I wanted to change my room, I would be given a double room with a broken TV. I opted to try the King Room. Upon entering the room, we were hit with a horrendous smell that they were attempting to cover up with an offensive room deodorizer, which only made it worse. When I returned to the front desk to say I would take the double room, I was informed they didn't actually have one. It's now after 1am and I don't have the room I paid for, or any other room, and had to find another hotel in the area willing to take us in. This hotel is dirty, and has wildly unprofessional practices. Stay away.

I picked this location as my daughter goes to school less than a mile. My home was being tinted so I had to leave. I found the place like the movie Psycho. Very out dated. The first room had a broken a c so they moved me. After moving me I soon discovered that the maintenance room was directly in front of me. All night long in and out - door shutting and door opening, bang bang bang bang all night. Normal people could not sleep thru this - I also have two little dogs that barked every time the noise started. I got no sleep. The bed covers had blood stains and yellow stains . The shower is so narrow/ a child would not fit well. On day two the building has an electric repair going on and the whole building smelled Like burnt glue. I addressed to the guy in the maintenance room and he argued with me. I thought very little of the so called “ breakfast” as there was never any bread- just bagels and only scrambled eggs in a warmer. We had a hurricane in Florida so the extermination co delayed the treatment in my house and I had to extend my stay- I went to the desk and they said it would be double as it would go into Saturday. I checked out and went to Hilton- there is no comparison. This Hilton is a total upscale - hi end hotel and lives up to the name. I’ll never use anyone else. Lesson learned. See photos -room 127

This is a solid hotel that provides an excellent value. I have family that lives close by (that I often stay with when we visit) but I needed to run a webinar for work and wanted quiet, privacy and good internet and this hotel provided all of that (the premium internet free for Bonvoy Gold and above was lighting fast)! The room is set up perfectly if you need to work, with a really spacious and nice bi-level desk (it also has a living area with a sleeper sofa) . It’s well designed for families and business travellers and the breakfast was also very nice. I told my family, I thought it was an excellent value (much cheaper than some other close by hotels), very clean with an outdoor pool so I can definitely see myself returning! In addition to this, I accidentally left my laptop charger there and they made the effort to check the room and find it so my relative was able to retrieve it for me. Thanks for the all around excellent service and stay!!!

I’ll start off with saying am not someone to write a bad review but this a warning to any potential customer at this hotel. They will give you an inadequate room in my case 2 non-working tvs! Power goes out and of course there’s no generator! I end up staying an extra night due to the no light situation..good luck trying to get any kind of refund from this place that come to find out is no Marriott brand hotel, just an UNDER RENOVATION poor excuse of an esteem bonvoy represented hotel. The front desk as helpful as they are, unfortunately have to work under policies that don’t allow for any refund or credit due to the poor experiences staying here. Good luck having a conversation that leads to a positive result starting with Kyle at checkin, Jenny the manager, or Deon the general manager that operated like a cop trying to twist my words in our conversation, this is a warning to future potential guests
