Excellent location and very clean. Staff was so friendly and courteous. Great value and easy to locate. We are there to visit family. The staff went out of their way to help us locate choices for dining. The options on the television were numerous!

The stay was great, second time staying there in the last three weeks. However, I left an item in the room and I hope housekeeping was able to find it. I have called the front desk with no luck, I hope the housekeeping manager can get back to me shortly.

The pool water is green, the spa waternis free. The pool landscape is nothing but dead shrubs. The site manager is the most arrogant person. They kicked my 7 year old 2 days before Thanksgiving on a cold night. We were here through FEMA until January 14, 2025. The Marriott relations department offered us 5000 points and we simply declined it. FEMA is investigating Fairfield for collecting $6200 and deleting our reservation from the Bonvoy system.

I booked a room at this hotel nearly two months in advance - paying in full for a discounted rate. I had a late night arrival, and when I arrived at the hotel 12:30am, I was told they did not have the suite I had originally booked and would provide a King. No problem. However when they provided me with a room number, I noticed that the room was on a list of rooms with various issues posted behind the desk. I was assured this was an old list, but that if I wanted to change my room, I would be given a double room with a broken TV. I opted to try the King Room. Upon entering the room, we were hit with a horrendous smell that they were attempting to cover up with an offensive room deodorizer, which only made it worse. When I returned to the front desk to say I would take the double room, I was informed they didn't actually have one. It's now after 1am and I don't have the room I paid for, or any other room, and had to find another hotel in the area willing to take us in. This hotel is dirty, and has wildly unprofessional practices. Stay away.
