You have to ask for shampoo and conditioner. Got woken up during a nap and was told I had to “change” rooms because they gave me a room that was out of service. I got a phone call at 8:30pm to my new room, “woken” up again as I had important meeting early next morning, and they called just to ask if I was checking out the next day, which is already on my reservation. Hotel rooms are very noisy, and not that clean. At the end of the day, it wasn’t too expensive; but it really lacks in customer service.

"TERMITE INFESTED, OVERCHARGED AT CHECKIN-IN, RUDE, UNHELPFUL STAFF. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! YOU’LL REGRET IT!"

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! UNLESS YOU WANT TERMITES IN YOUR BED AND CRAWLING OVER YOUR BELONGINGS! OR YOU WANT TO BE FRAUDULENTLY OVERCHARGED AT CHECK IN WITH FEES THAT DON’T APPEAR ON THE PRINTED RECEIPT. Dont expect any assistance of any kind from the staff that will sit in the back doing nothing, while I’m struggling, in a neck brace, moving my termite infested belongings from one room to a downgraded, dirty room. After I had already been overcharged for the original termite room. If you have money to spend, I would suggest spending it literally anywhere besides this hotel. First of all, I was told I’d be able to pay in cash when I called ahead. Upon arrival it turns out they don’t accept cash. So then I had to go try and find an ATM or business to deposit cash at 9 o’clock at night. After that I came back and was told the price would be $650. After they charged my card, I discovered they had charged me $750. When I asked where the extra hundred dollars was from the front desk agent said, “I have no idea.” I asked for a print out of the receipt with the itemized charges. The hundred dollars charge didn’t even appear on the receipt. But it definitely came out of my bank account. There was no explanation for the hundred dollar charge. Definitely sketchy. If there is money taken out of my account from a business that they don’t have any record of and isn’t acquired for, that is a problem. If it’s a deposit or something of that nature, it needs to be in writing and I need to be informed of it charging my card. There is no explanation for the missing hundred dollars. Over the phone when I booked, and upon arrival, Irequested a room on the first floor. I have a spinal injury and it’s difficult for me to move heavy items. Instead, I am given a room on the fourth floor. And I have to haul everything in on a cart by myself to the fourth floor. And it gets worse, after that ordeal, I’m exhausted and go to sleep. When I wake up the following morning, I see a lot of skinny little winged bugs all over the floor. I go to the bathroom and they are on the bathroom rugs, I go to get dressed and they are on my clothes that are hanging in the closet. They’re also on my linens that I have folded on the top shelf, they’re on the bed, they are Literally. Everywhere. I go down to the front desk and tell them my concern, and employee checks it out and confirms that they are termites. So now my room is infested with termites and all of my clothes linens and belongings have termites on them. So now I have to pay an obscene amount of money to wash all of my belongings that have had termites, crawling through them all night. I WAS NOT REIMBURSED FOR THIS EITHER. And then on top of that, I’m transferred to a different room, that is smaller and in worse condition cosmetically than my prior room. The furniture in this room is falling apart, there is sticky dried liquid stains on the leather couch. There is less storage because shelves are missing in every single closet and cabinet. So I got a massive downgrade in room quality. And I was overcharged for this disaster at check-in without my permission. And then all of my belongings were subjected to termite infestation, and then I had to pay to wash all of my belongings on top of that. As well as move everything from one room to another and under 12 hours after I was already exhausted And have a spinal injury and no employee offered to Is supposed to be allocated help me move anything. I was in tears because I do not like insects crawling all over my things. And I’ve also in pain from my injury, not a single employee offered to help. I paid $750 to stay for one night in a room that’s infested by termites and then have to move everything myself to a different lower quality room And pay ALOT to wash all the insects out of my belongings knowing there could still be some hidden away that are being brought to the new room with me. And this was the worst experience of a hotel I have ever experienced and it’s barely been 24 hours.

When considering a stay at this hotel, it's essential to weigh the pros and cons. While the location is undoubtedly a major advantage, offering convenience and easy access to nearby attractions, the overall experience is marred by several significant drawbacks. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired. Guests may find the level of cleanliness subpar, with common areas and guest rooms failing to meet basic standards of hygiene. This can be particularly disappointing, as cleanliness is a fundamental expectation for any accommodation. Additionally, the absence of a breakfast option detracts from the overall value. Many travelers rely on a complimentary breakfast as part of their stay, whether for convenience or cost-effectiveness. The lack of this amenity forces guests to seek alternative options, which can be both time-consuming and costly. Given these factors, despite the hotel's prime location, it is difficult to recommend staying here. The cleanliness issues and the absence of a breakfast service significantly diminish the overall experience, making it advisable to consider other nearby options that offer a better balance of location, cleanliness, and amenities.

Not a pleasant stay. The hallways had a terrible smell. I had spilled water and asked for another towel and was told there were no towels available. Ended up using the dirty towel. When we arrived only 1 of the 2 elevators were working. Next day no working elevators. on the 4th floor, 2 days and heavy luggage elevators never fixed. Some of the furniture in our room was peeling.
