Guest must be at least 21 years or older and must present with a valid government-issued photo ID and matching credit card upon check-in.The credit card provided will be pre-authorized for $500 to cover any incidental charges. The front desk agent will be providing guests with a welcome packet that includes the home code and address. A guest service agent will escort the guests’ vehicle or group transportation to the home and walk through the property with the guest.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time & check-out time is before 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time. Late check-out or early check-in cannot be granted until day of arrival/departure and will be based upon availability. If late check-out is granted, guests can occupy the property until 11:00 am EST. If a guest fails to vacate the property by 12:00 pm EST for granted late check-out or 10:00 am EST for normal check-out, the Contracting Guest will be charged a full day rental.

Home photos may not match the exact accommodation you receive upon check-in. Room/bed type depends on availability at check-in. Reservations for dining and spa must be made directly with the Encore Club after confirming your vacation home reservation. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid, government-issued ID at check in. Credit card will be pre-authorized for $500 to cover any incidental charges. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE HOMES. If any guest is smoking in the unit, there will be a smoking fee charged to the credit card on file for $500. If any guest has an unauthorized pet on-site, there will be a charge of $500 per pet per day.

"Front desk"

Loved it . It was an amazing stay . We had a few issues st the beginning but the manager Leo took very good care of us . He did everything and beyond to make sure that we left on a good note. His customer service was really high despite myself and my husband coming out rude at first because we were upset. Thank you Leo and maintenance fepartment.

"Not worth a potential serious accident"

Complete disaster! Incredibly dangerous!!! My 8 year old was using the smaller slides, no lifeguard on duty, just a guest sitting in life guard chair pretending. Full of entitled, spoilt, privileged kids with no care or respect. Lots of their parents were just as bad, pushing in cues and not supervising. My daughter went on single user ride and kids came behind her before she could get out of the bottom of ridge. Crashing into her and hurting her back. Then kids going 3 at a time, breaking the rules on the sign. My wife then went to watch. She told our daughter to wait as there was a toddler unsupervised walking up the slide. The kids behind her where telling my daughter to go regardless. When she didn’t the kid started to kick her back. We informed lifeguards and reception who said life guard was on lunch and others life guards on other slides. I said what a terrible excuse for when a kids breaks there back. The life guards are mainly teenagers and don’t do much. They went and looked at ride, didn’t stop the kids then went back and just stood talking to other life guard. The carnage continued!! It says kids under 6 should be supervised but instead their parents were sun bathing or eating at bar. Not watching. I then went on bigger yellow slide. The slide at bottom has sand paper finish for when you stand up. However this took the skin off the top of my feet when I went down slide. I was bleeding from both feet. No wonder they make you sign a disclaimer.

Beautiful time , amazing resort. Family time by the pool , water park , tennis courts. What else can you ask for ? Lovely experience and we will be back. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Thank you to the entire team for giving a very nice holiday

Our Kids loved the water park. We will make sure we come back every year from now on. Front Desk was friendly and our house was spacious. The fact you can get a house for the same price as a hotel with the same amenities is a no brained for my family. Thank you Encore for such a good stay!

"No water park access"

The houses are very nice and while individually owned there are serviced and maintained by the resort. So any issued with your accommodation are looked after by this team, we had issues with air con and lights which needed to be fixed and were attended to the following day. There are also services which will pop in and clean the pool, mow the lawn etc. so be aware this will happen at various times! When we booked we were advised access to the water park was included however this is no longer the case and no access was given. Thankfully the pool at house was nice and clean and enough for us. The location is also advertised as not requiring a car, as they do provide park access via shuttle however apart from the club house there is no food or shops available on site. You will need a car to get to the closest supermarket or pharmacy or parks and activities not covered by the shuttle such as Discovery Cove or Kennedy. Overall lovely house and a wonderful holiday.

All homes do have a private pool. Not all homes have a spa, although the resort is able to put in a request for a private spa. Pool heat is available for an additional nightly fee of $40 from May through October, and $60 from November through April. Fees may change and are subject to applicable taxes.

Are there ADA-compliant homes?

Yes, the resort offers some homes that include roll-in showers, lights, ground-floor bedrooms, and ramps. Resort pools also offer chair lifts and all public areas are ADA-accessible. Please notify the resort directly or make a note of this when making reservations.

Is parking free?

Complimentary self-parking is available throughout the resort, although parking on the street is not permitted. Additional overflow parking is located in the Westside, Eastside, and at the Clubhouse.

How far is Encore Reunion Resort from Orlando's major attractions?

The resort is located within 10 to 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and 20 to 25 minutes from SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Orlando Resort.
