Guest must be at least 21 years or older and must present with a valid government-issued photo ID and matching credit card upon check-in.The credit card provided will be pre-authorized for $500 to cover any incidental charges. The front desk agent will be providing guests with a welcome packet that includes the home code and address. A guest service agent will escort the guests’ vehicle or group transportation to the home and walk through the property with the guest.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time & check-out time is before 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time. Late check-out or early check-in cannot be granted until day of arrival/departure and will be based upon availability. If late check-out is granted, guests can occupy the property until 11:00 am EST. If a guest fails to vacate the property by 12:00 pm EST for granted late check-out or 10:00 am EST for normal check-out, the Contracting Guest will be charged a full day rental.

Home photos may not match the exact accommodation you receive upon check-in. Room/bed type depends on availability at check-in. Reservations for dining and spa must be made directly with the Encore Club after confirming your vacation home reservation. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid, government-issued ID at check in. Credit card will be pre-authorized for $500 to cover any incidental charges. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE HOMES. If any guest is smoking in the unit, there will be a smoking fee charged to the credit card on file for $500. If any guest has an unauthorized pet on-site, there will be a charge of $500 per pet per day.

"Outdated, stained, and old"

Our first rental was great — it was clean, well-maintained, and overall, a wonderful place to stay. We were there 5 minutes at 10:30 pm. However, the property did not match the description in terms of the number of bedrooms. We had booked a property with five bedrooms, but when we arrived, we discovered that it only had four bedrooms. I called the front and they were willing to move us to a 5 bedroom. We were promptly moved to another location, for which we appreciated the effort. Unfortunately, the second rental was far below the standards we expected. It was so poorly maintained. The front landscaping was missing and not taken care of. The couches were stained. The dishwasher was broken, no coffee pot, no carbage, no soap, or starter packs. Towels! How can you have a pool/hot tub and no towels and no mat. The floor was so slippery walking back in, the kids kept falling. The carpet was so stained and dirty. The walls needed painted. The dryer was so loud and you could not run it at night. The water park was great, but cold. One tennis court is useable. The other is not. Garbage overflowing. See pictures below.

"Great condo for a family vacation"

We rented a 6 bedroom condo on the East side. The condo was everything I was hoping for and more. We shared the condo with my sister in laws family. We had 4 adults and 5 kids (2-12 years) and everyone had their own space to hang out. Also having your own pool in the backyard for the kids to play in was perfect. We wanted to BBQ so we called the front desk and requested a propane tank. It was delivered with in the hour. We did drive over and use the waterpark twice, the kids (big and small) loved the waterslides and play area.

"Everything’s great…until it’s not"

My family stayed at an 8 bedroom elite property over the Christmas holiday, and while the house generally met our expectations we encountered significant issues when we reported a problem with the pool heater. When we asked about the status of the repair we received inconsistent responses back from management, ultimately leading to a call with the assistant manager who was aggressive and defensive to any negative comments we told him about our experiences at the Encore “resort”. As we began to read reviews across the internet we found that our issues weren’t unique, and we clearly should have done more research before booking with Encore. I encourage you all to read the reviews, but also read the responses from the property regarding any negative reviews. Every issue is never their fault, and you can not rely on them to do the right thing regarding customer satisfaction (check BBB). If you are looking for an Orlando vacation I strongly recommend you consider another property.

"For the price you are better off staying elsewhere! Dated and not properly maintained "

Dirty dishes in cabinet, mold in blender - had to contact room service to replace , dishwasher leaking (leak was fixed) but dishwasher won't dry dishes, ripped furniture, and a broken bed - as of checkout maintenance still didn't fix it, we paid for pool heating and that did not work maintenance had to be called several times and each time they said they found a different issue and "it's fixed" 😕 was not fixed. The staff are friendly and are eager to help but management seem to not care and take care of things . The vilas are in a sad state of disregard and need a face lift (a good cleaning), towels provided in the house all had a bad smell (we had to wash them all before using) . Location is good , tv's worked , main pool area was perfect for our kids .

Loved it . It was an amazing stay . We had a few issues st the beginning but the manager Leo took very good care of us . He did everything and beyond to make sure that we left on a good note. His customer service was really high despite myself and my husband coming out rude at first because we were upset. Thank you Leo and maintenance fepartment.

All homes do have a private pool. Not all homes have a spa, although the resort is able to put in a request for a private spa. Pool heat is available for an additional nightly fee of $40 from May through October, and $60 from November through April. Fees may change and are subject to applicable taxes.

Are there ADA-compliant homes?

Yes, the resort offers some homes that include roll-in showers, lights, ground-floor bedrooms, and ramps. Resort pools also offer chair lifts and all public areas are ADA-accessible. Please notify the resort directly or make a note of this when making reservations.

Is parking free?

Complimentary self-parking is available throughout the resort, although parking on the street is not permitted. Additional overflow parking is located in the Westside, Eastside, and at the Clubhouse.

How far is Encore Reunion Resort from Orlando's major attractions?

The resort is located within 10 to 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and 20 to 25 minutes from SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Orlando Resort. Complimentary shuttles to theme parks are offered on schedule. Reservations are required and can be confirmed with the Concierge. Shuttle service to Orlando International Airport is also available for an additional charge.
