"Do yourself a favor and Stay away"

Room 232 Wi-fi didn't work Phone in room didn't work. Repair guy said new phone system was incompatible with hotel wiring and none of the phones worked. Toilet didn't work. Finally got it working by fiddling with fill valve. Bottom bed sheet was for a queen bed instead of a king. It was just crumpled up and lying under top sheet. Top sheet was torn Over $500 of fraudulent charges

"Moldy rooms"

Stayed here twice now as it is conveniently located near USF. Both times our room had an overwhelming mold/mildew smell. My son ended up with a respiratory infection both times. The staff is great and the breakfast is a great added bonus but both can't overcome the mold issue so we won't be returning a 3rd time.

"Best part was checking out"

We booked 2 rooms for family visit to Busch gardens. Our room had a leaky fridge, TV did not work half the time due to no signal, the toilet didn’t flush, the furniture was in disrepair. The sofa bed very uncomfortable. The pool was not open and had trash piled up next to it. We asked to have something printed and printer was out of order. ( no business center) . The reception started at 6:00 and bowls of snacks and veggies were totally empty by 6;30. The elevator had a 5 person limit and was slow. This hotel needs major renovation and better management. Truly a disappointment and next year we’ll be going elsewhere.

"Mixed bag"

Nice building. Check in was chaotic. I was not recognized as an honor member. I did not receive water or a welcome bag. When I asked if I could pay with cash for a soda, I was told no, it would have to go on my bill. The room was clean and the AC was excellent. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were great. Elevators were dirty and there was some noise at night. Not the best of embassy stays.
