"Austin Travels"

We stay at this property every February. It is always my top pick to stay. This trip Corey, at the front desk, was stellar in all expectations. He is a true asset to this property. Bar also had a big screen for the SB. Well done Corey and Embassy Suites, we will be back.

The entire stay was great but overshadowed by Corey. If I wouldn’t have known better, I thought we were a guest at Corey’s house. We have never felt more welcomed and cared for by anyone in this business before. He answered my questions before I could ask. Amazing!

"Exceptional Care in a Discomboulating Situation"

I returned home from JFK late at night in the middle of a gentle Austin snowstorm to learn that I had left behind my keys and was locked out of my home. The manager, Corey Alan took exceptional care of me and made sure I was made to feel at home while supporting me in solutions. I was without my car keys as well and having gone well over 15 hours without food. He offered extended checkout, water, and snacks to help me. Austin was having a rare snow day and roads were not advised to drive on. This situation was a bit chaotic. However, Corey and I had great conversations and he made me feel like family. This is what gets customers to return...when they are felt seen, supported and safe. I will most definitely recommend Embassy Suites on South Congress to anyone.

"Very outdated hotel"

The hotel is SO dated. The pull out couch cushions were ripped and had stains. There was no padding on the pull out couch make it very uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than great location, decent service, and a good breakfast, this hotel is not worth it. And $52 a night for parking is crazy!

"Worst experience at a Hilton Product Ever"

Mary in housekeeping was wonderful and helpful during our stay. She made every effort to make our stay as enjoyable as it could be given all of our issues. The cleaned the room and made the bed the second day of stay. Stacy at the omlet station was also wonderful. Her omlets were amazing However, our experience was awful. We checked into the room there was blood on the sheets and something on the head board. Absolutely, disgusting. We requested twice from night auditor for sheets. We made our bed first night. Talked to Front desk next morning asking to speak with GM Stephen Drew. He would not speak to me. Then, ask that he speak with me and the housekeeping director. STEPEN SAID HE DID NOT HAVE TIME. This property is poorly managed. I sent Stephen an email on December 8, 2024. He has yet to respond. Clearly customers do not mean anything to this GM Stephen Drew. Do not stay at this hotel.
