AVOID AT ALL COSTS...I WASTED MY MONEY ON A SUITE...CAME BACK AFTER CONCERT AND THE TV DOES NOT WORK. FRONT DESK SAYS WAIT 15-20 MIN FOR "TECH" OR CHANGE ROOMS...WTF? TERRIBLE IS NOT A GOOD ENOUGH WORD...DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY...VERY VERY VERY NOT HAPPY

"Disappointing experience"

Although the lobby was nice, the rooms were awful, torn curtains, soap dispenser falling off the wall. Badly in need of some updating . I had to chase down housekeeping in the hall for towels, and tissues. Parking garage was 50.00 per night and the elevators were broken. Very disappointed since rooms are expensive.

My experience with Jennifer Johnston who is a sales manager at Embay Suites, South Congress Avenue, Austin, TX was wonderful. Very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Love it . Close to everything and very nice hotel.

"Clean, quiet, and spacious"

Good central location. Huge quiet rooms with nice desk area to work. Updated bathrooms with strong water pressure. Very clean rooms thanks to housekeeper Mary who was so personable and helpful as I needed more tissues and towels. Yummy breakfast buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, bagels, cereal and oatmeal. Would recommend and return.

I wanted to specifically call out Mary in housekeeping. She is a GEM! Very friendly, courteous, great at her job, lovely demeanor. We didn't need a lot, but anything we did need - she made sure we had it. She is a credit to your hotel and I wanted to ensure you knew that! FYI - please do see if you can update your WiFi - it was very spotty and unreliable when I needed to work in the evenings.
