"Good Experience"

Overall this was really good start to our holiday, the rooms are large and comfortable, (apart from the pillows), the location was fine for a couple of nights, the breakfast was really good, especially the omelettes, and the nightly managers reception a nice bonus. Peyton, the girl on reception however was dreadful, sooooo miserable and unhelpful, and we can see she has been mentioned for this before, so maybe a change of roles or some customer service training wouldn’t go amiss.

"Hidden Gem - Great hotel to stay when visiting Anchorage"

This is a really great hotel. Their keyless/contactless checkin and checkout were amazing, and I wish other hotels would move to this model. The rooms were clean, modern, and beautiful. The lobby was beautiful as well. A great place to stay when visiting anchorage or just for a night. Would definitely stay here again!

"Nice hotel"

Room was great for family with teenage children, we liked the kitchen with the fridge and extra sink, and the breakfast was great, hotel is close to supermarket and liquor store. The Manager's reception was a nice bonus and they had local beers.

The hotels in Alaska are not the highest quality, but the Embassy Suites is among the nicer ones, with a large, updated lobby and guest rooms and happy hour in the bar. It’s located near a few shops like Wild Scoops ice cream, but is otherwise not walkable to very much, though it’s not far from anything in Anchorage, either.

"Not Hilton quality"

Upon arrival front desk woman said two words and handed us keys. No info on happy hour or the breakfast. She was rude and unhelpful. Got to room and it was visibly dirty with hair in bathroom. Linens are extremely worn and dingy. The only redeeming factor of our stay were the two women in the restaurant and the lobby is pretty. I’m glad I wasted my Hilton points not my money on this dump. Hilton should be ashamed for the lack of quality control. Would not recommend staying here. It’s also very sketchy with homeless all around making it feel unsafe to walk across the street to the grocery store. Stay somewhere else when staying in anchorage.
