The well-appointed guest rooms, suites, and villas each feature a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, HDTV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, in-room safe, and free WiFi. Select suites include a full kitchenette with a dishwasher and oven, and some also offer a fireplace, balcony, or patio. Select villas feature whirlpools. All accommodations are non-smoking, including those with a balcony or patio.

Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to check in with a matching, valid, government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Parking: Self-parking is complimentary to all registered hotel guests.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed on designated pet-friendly Villas. A non-refundable fee of $40 per night is collected at check-in. Dogs only, with up to 80 pounds, and a maximum of 2 pets per villa. Please notify the hotel prior to the arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited.

Deposit Fee: At check-in, guests are required to authorize $100 per night for incidentals on their credit card. The payment method for incidentals can be changed at check-out. Post check-out, the final charge, combining the authorized amount with actual charges, will be processed by the credit card bank, with any unused portion released. Allow several business days for the bank to reconcile the account.

"Check the spooky nook calendar before you book for a relaxing weekend"

The local sports arena, Spooky Nook, apparently had a soccer tournament this weekend. The Eden had hundreds of middle schoolers, largely unsupervised by parents, everywhere. Made it difficult to use facilities or relax. . We would definitely check before booking again.

Love this hotel!!!! I love the staff, cleanliness, the restaurants, and the environment. Everything is always great when we visit this hotel. Highly recommend the buffet for breakfast. Thanks so much for always making staying here a great experience!

"Great location and NYE Party"

This hotel is great, definitely deserve 5 stars. My fiance and I came for the NYE night and party. We had fun at the DJ party. Only recommendation would be for the dj to play more upbeat music, maybe include some techno, the sound was low. It would be great if we could visit the band side of the house. But the hotel and staff are awesome here!!!

"Resort with nice restaurant"

Eden is a wonderful resort full of fun things to do in the summer, but not so many in the winter. But we had a very nice suite that had a living room, master bedroom, kitchen and full bath. Each room had a phone and a television. The fireplace remote did not work but the maint team was able to fix it in a short amount of time. The room was well appointed with some extra amenities that we enjoyed. Our time commited to a conference at the local convention center really restricted our use of much of the hotel, but I was glad we stayed there and if returning I would definitely try to stay here again. We did have trouble using the self check out for the store and informed the front desk on the way out so they just comped our items

Always a good experience. Clean and beautiful; rooms are large, updated,, and always comfortable. Plenty of parking; facilities like gym and sauna, in and out pool, restaurants, playground, etc. Food is good and reasonably priced. Check in and out is smooth and expedient.
