Absolutely amazing hotel. Convenient, safe, not a flaw anywhere. Staff is best in class. And then they have a breakfast and happy hour that beats all the rest. We were so glad we stayed and it sure made for a most joyful visit to the riverwalk area.

WiFi didn’t work. Even when we reported it they said it was working fine. Yet 2 iPhones. An iPad and a computer couldn’t locate it. Valet is mandatory $39 a day which they would just disclose that when booking. Cheaper nicer places near by when you take this inconsideration

Great hotel. 1st time staying at a Drury. Had a great experience from the staff...amenities....location etc. The location on the Riverwalk made for such an great experience. Well layed out. Was nice each morning to step out and walk around with a coffee and enjoy the great views.

The shower water pressure was very unsatisfactory and the water temperature was inconsistent at best. We would have hot water for a few minutes and then mid-shower it was ice cold for and remained that way for a few minutes. The valet parking was absolutely the worst part of our stay. Initially, upon arriving, a valet staff member leaned on our rear spoiler and joked about wanting to take our car for a joyride. She said, "Would you mind if I took it for a spin?" and my response was I very much mind. She then stated, "Well I would never do that" to which I responded, "I certainly hope not". The behavior was very unprofessional, but since we were arriving at such a late hour, I let it go and continued our stay. At checkout, I received my car back promptly but with a very strong stench of cigarette smoke. I have never smoked and do not allow people who smoke in my vehicle. I had to air out my car for a few minutes before I could even drive away. During this period, I left my teen son to watch the car while I went inside to complain to hotel staff. I was directed to contact the valet company directly for a full refund, which we are currently dealing with. I was offered one night of valet refunded at the time of the complaint. Although the manager for the valet was on site, I had already spent time speaking with hotel staff and had to pick up my daughter from a different hotel where she was staying with her band. This meant that I did not have sufficient time to deal with the issue on the day of its occurrence. Once returning home, we noticed that my HVAC and UConnect systems were not operating properly and now must be repaired as well as a professional clean from the smoke smell(which remains as of now 10 days later). We can't know for certain what other unprofessional behaviors occurred while my vehicle was in the valet's possession and we had no issues with either system prior to our stay. I am very dissatisfied overall and will not choose Drury Hotels in the future, regardless of affordability.

Too many hidden fees during check in that were not described during the booking process. There was a $50 incidental fee that apparently gets refunded, we will see. But this was not described at all during the booking online. Too many other hidden fees/taxes.
