"A Great Hotel for your Disney World Trips"

This was the second time for me to live here for our Disney World trip, and everything was great as before. Natalie at the front desk warmly welcomed us and checked us in early as we arrived earlier than expected and would like to prepare for the Party at night. All rooms here were suites, providing enough space for belongings and other stuff. Didn't have time to experience facilities, but I guess most guests here were mostly and only for Disney. Speaking of Disney, hourly shuttles are insane: definitely worth it! The restaurant was so-so, and the starting time was sort of late for the early entry (another HUGE benefit here!). Better lower your expectation for the dining in the first place. In short, there are still many things to improve, yet it is excellent for your next Disney trip!

"Not the worst, not the best Hilton"

We stayed here 2 nights. I am a frequent Gold Hilton member and have stayed at many of the Hilton properties in the Disney Springs and Orlando area. We did notice the parking fee right away. $25/day on top of the room rate. We had a spacious 2 queen bed suite with a microwave, mini fridge and sink. And a living room with a tv and couch. It was plenty of room for us and comfortable. There were some things missing, no conditioner in the room so we had to ask housekeeping. No one in housekeeping speaks English. Then we had an issue with out a/c. It kept turning on and off every 1:40 seconds. Yes we timed it. It kept my Mom who was with me awake until she finally turned it on fan just to keep it running so she could sleep. When we mentioned it at the front desk, they were trying to explain that it was an older hotel that had been renovated. And they offered to have a maintenance man come to look at it. So we said yes and they called him. When he came he also didn't understand or speak English, so we had to try to explain the best we could what it was doing. But we don't think he did anything to try to fix it. And he left. It kept doing the same thing until we decided to just turn it off so we could sleep in quiet. I'm appreciative of the effort and the cleanliness of the resort, but it seemed like there wasn't enough staff at the front desk, or in the bar and grill area. Just one lady every night running around trying to do it all herself. They need more staff. And a better way to communicate with staff to make sure guests are accommodated. Other than that it was nice. But I'll probably choose a different Hilton next time we stay here.

"Great location"

The location is great, with a free bus to Disney parks that is easy to reserve. It is walkable to Disney Springs, but no bus will take you there. The hotel was a bit of a disappointment and seemed short of staff. I called in and requested a 1st-floor room as we were traveling with a disabled person, and they said no problem, but when we checked in, they said they had no first-floor rooms available. We also had Hilton Diamond status, and no upgrade was given. The Front desk always seemed to have a line and only one or two people attending during busy periods. The breakfast buffet was decent, with an excellent staff. However, dinner at the Evergreen Lounge was the only option and was lacking as you often couldn't even find a staff member at the bar to take your order and had to go to the front desk to figure out what was going on and if the staff was on break. I was with a toddler, and the splash pad was not working. There was no sign to inform you of the outage. It's not fun to have an annoyed toddler who just wants to play on the splash pad. The tennis courts were not maintained well, and the grounds around the tennis court were filled with weeds. The suites were recently renovated and in good shape. However, we hated the barn sliding without a lock into the bedroom. With a toddler, the set-up was not ideal. Pet friendly hotel with a fee, also resort fee and parking charge. As much as our experience was mediocre, we would stay again as the best option on Disney property for a suite and is pet friendly. It could be a gem with better management, staffing, and grounds upkeep.

"Walk to Disney Springs"
TripAdvisor user rating 5.0 out of 5

We wanted to go to Disney Springs to see the holiday trees. If the hotel is not sold out the night before, they waive the $25 parking fee. We stayed in room 215, the view was of the roof, but who cares. The room was really spacious with two queen beds. You can easily walk to Disney Springs. Also, free coffee in the lobby.
