We arrived in the evening after our flight into LAX. We checked in with ease as I used the Hilton AP and picked our room on the 16th floor. We also picked up our physical door keys at the front desk. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. We went to our room and discovered a comfortable and well-appointed space. The room was very clean and the view was amazing. We came here for a Disneyland Adventure. The park is a short Uber ride away. This place is outstanding!!!! We will be back!!!

I recently returned from a stay at Hotel Fera in October. To summum it up, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely return again in the future and would recommend. The hotel is well kept and I found it to be very clean. The only thing I would say is that housekeeping could improve the amount of dusting they do. For example behind the TV, on the bed board and on the lamp, that could do with a quite a bit of dusting. Besides from that, housekeeping did a great job at cleaning our room each day. The hotel hosts a range of facilities including a 24 hour gym, 24 hour reception, onsite shop to purchase snacks and beverages, a restaurant & bar, a coffee shop that serves Starbucks Coffee, a number of conference rooms and a hall room, a pool and jacuzzi. I do wish that the pool was heated because compared to the jacuzzi, the pool is very cold although r this might not be a problem during the summer months. The hotel does offer very close proximity to the Outlets at Orange (only a 5 minute walk), Disney parks can easily be reached by using the Anaheim Resort Transit that stops outside the hotel reception regularly each day although the parks are not in walking distance. There are also lots of dining options nearby with a Wendy’s and Starbucks located opposite the hotel. In terms of comfort, I slept perfectly every night and could not hear anything from my room once I was asleep. I also felt very safe in this hotel and appreciate the safety features on the hotel door plus the complimentary in-room safe. The room was a very good size, large and spacious with a comfortable bed which allowed me to sleep perfectly each night. The room is modern, clean and well maintained. My stay at Hotel Fera was enjoyable and pleasant and I would return again in the future.

Was unsure what to expect but upon staying there the property was fantastic! From Lee at check in who was absolutely fantastic to all the staff, the room was magnificent, clean, large, with a view of Disneyland! Parking was a breeze and cheap, shuttle at the front door to Disneyland. Couldn’t fault the place! Thanks again Lee, you deserve a pay rise!

Terrible experience at this hotel. I called multiple times prior to booking this reservation to confirm they had cribs and not playpens as I have an infant and needed a crib for safe sleep. I called again after booking my stay and spoke to the front desk who stress they noted in my reservation I wanted a crib in my room. Got there , checked in and told them to please send crib to my room while my family and I went to Disneyland . Went to Disneyland and came back and I find a playpen ! False advertisement! I checked out and did not stay here . Very frustrating to have to drive back 2 hrs in traffic home after I booked this hotel speciality because they stated they had cribs !

After checking into our room for a three night stay, we made our way to the elevators which malfunctioned and closed with my son trapped inside. After over an hour with no progress, the fire department was called for assistance. We waited even longer for a “technician” to arrive and help open the door to the elevator. We finally got him out after midnight and were able to safely get to our room. The hotel informed us our stay would be reimbursed but they only ended up refunding one night and were extremely difficult to contact and took little accountability for the issue. After staying here multiple times in the past, this will likely be our last stay at his hotel.
