What really stood out was how attentive and kind Terry was to everyone in our group. Whether it was helping us with directions, accommodating last-minute changes, or simply greeting us with a warm smile every time we passed the front desk, Terry truly made a positive impact on our visit. It’s not every day you come across someone so dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and we are so grateful for Terry’s hospitality.

I had a great experience here at the double tree when i stayed last month. I was coming to town for a family event and Terry made my stay worth it. Check in was a breeze he also helped me find some really good food spots around the area. He was very attentive and was very kind hearted. All in all if you stay at this hotel please ask for Terry for a great experience!

i had a wonderful experience with Rosanna and the staff a Doubletree. We had to book a large meeting of 550 people. They rearranged a few things and we were able to have our meeting on time!! the big staff and maintenance people did a great job taking care of us at the day of the event. Providing enough with everything we need quickly and efficiently.

Stayed at this hotel with my kids over a quiet weekend. Restaurant and market was closed, but was not made aware of that when I made my reservation. Lobby areas are nice, great little arcade for kids and an indoor pool. Bar was clean and bartender was great. Room was awful. Very old and not well cleaned or taken care of. Very thin walls. Since the hotel was low occupancy they seemed to cram us all next to each other. The room next to us was so loud well past midnight. At an empty hotel I’d appreciate a bit of a buffer room…. The hotel room generally was not very clean. Hope they renovate soon.

Decent Older hotel with recent updates The Bad: They do not have an onsite restaurant- they do have a bar, but they may or may not serve paninis depending on the day (they didn't have anything at 6pm on fri evening) was told that their kitchen closed. The cafe is only open in the mornings. The neighbors that we had did have loud screaming children so it seems the walls might be a bit thin. Doors slam in the hallways if you are a light sleeper- be prepared to wake up thru the night. There is a huge pile of old furniture in the parking lot- I assume that it's just temporary thou we were there on a holiday weekend. They also have a per day parking fee that surprised us. The Good: The hotel lobby area is very pretty. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant. Check in and checkout was quick and efficient. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. It's very close to the park and there are a few restaurants in the business park very close by they also has a shuttle service that will take you and pick you up for a small fee. Overall, it's an ok choice- a little overpriced in my opinion but it's a decent place
