"Consistently Aiming to Please"

I'm a frequent business traveler to the Detroit area and have selected this hotel as my "home base" because it is central to my client locations. I have now stayed at this property five times and will continue to come back. Why? Price. Priced well for the location, age of hotel and amenities. The gym is spectacular, seriously! The staff in all facets of the operation show a similar friendly face and are always striving to provide the highest level of service - front desk, the breakfast team, dinner and bar service team, and so on. Standouts are: Yousif (front desk), Pam and others at the bar, Nancy, Cheryl and others at breakfast. Keep up the good work, you are a great team.

Latfta the hotel manager is nice guy. He always is looking to make you feel comfortable during the stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable, I love the rooms. Don't forget to try one slice of pizza it's delicious. The gym and the pool are clean and equipped.

"Amazing Stay"

I brought the new year in with my family at Doubletree Detroit Dearborn. Everything was amazing. From the Hotel to the employees at the hotel. Our first night there we decided to visit the pool and we met Mbaye. He was attending to the pool and I had questions. Although he didn’t speak English fluently. He used his translator to answer all questions we had. The question he didn’t know he went to find out and give me an answer. Thank you Mbaye. Keep that beautiful smile and energy. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. After our family left the pool we went to dinner at Grille 39. What a lovely experience we had. I think Pam was her name. She provided us with exceptional service. We returned to our rooms after dinner and the next day I was greeted by Sam and Katie at the front desk who went above and beyond to take care of my family and I. We had a small issue with housekeeping but Katie took charge and fixed the issue right away. She was so empathetic and caring. I couldn’t ask for more. Sam also listened and was accommodating to our needs. He addressed our concerns and ensured to take care of it. Which he did. Thank you guys for everything. "Excellent Guest Experience"

For New Years I booked a room at the DoubleTree by Hilton Detroit-Dearborn for my children and I to start our New Year relaxing. From the moment we checked into our room we were wowed by the amazing and professional mannerism from the Front desk agents. Yousif and Tamara went above and beyond to make my Family and I feel welcome. I have traveled to many of Hilton hotels across the country but I will always choose this hotel because of the hospitality that they provide. What started as a New year stay turned into a 3 night stay because we did not want to leave. Thank you Yousif and Tamara. My family and I are very grateful for your kindness . We will be back to see you soon.

"Amazing stay😍"

I really enjoyed my stay, and thanks to Evan, Katie, and Sam I was able to leave with a smile, if you're looking to take a vacation I recommend this hotel! Their pool and fitness center are lovely, i'd spend all day in there if I could. The rooms are nice, my bed was very comfortable, it felt like heaven.
