Disappointed with poor rooms, amenities, food options and most importantly- management. I did bring a few serious issues with the managers on duty just to hear that they didn’t have authority to deal with anything. Watch out for the smoking areas that are plentiful on the property / how inappropriate to have it in such a close proximity to kids rooms! These rooms feel like motel 6.

On three separate occasions during our stay we found worms in our "preferred" (60s) $300/night hotel room! Housekeeping only comes every other day, which I believe contributes to the issue. I also think housekeeping may be storing clean linens outside overnight. Just outside our room, we noticed trolleys with what looked like fresh linens for the next day - though, admittedly, it could have been dirty laundry, which isn’t much better. The worms may have entered in this "clean" laundry. Disney’s fundamental duty is to provide a clean, safe room, free of any pests. I've contacted Disney several times about this issue. When I asked for a Lightning Lane pass for my inconvenience, I was denied. I will not stay on Disney property again. The rooms are small, overpriced, and invested with vermin. You'll find better options offsite.

We got an 80s room. Very similar to the time including the cigarette smell!!!! Rooms 8426 and 8428 need air duct cleaning, air filter change, fresh coat of paint and maybe new dry wall. I have three kids. An Asthma Attach was included in our night there due to the second hand smoke in those rooms. Call to change rooms immediate after opening the doors and we only got offered air freshener!!!!! I am so disappointed on Disney for our weekend getaway turned into an ER visit.

Tiny tiny rooms, dangerous low wooden corners on drop down bed for young children, poor and majority unhealthy food choices and it's lukewarm at best by time you get through the tills to your table. Slow service at the food hall even though plenty of staff on.

We stayed here for three nights only, and were keen to stay in one of Disney’s Value hotels. It was really good, a bit basic, but had a comfortable bed, enough space for a table & chairs, a little fridge and a coffee maker. The sites facilities were mainly fast food, and we didn’t use them… we went to Disney springs instead which was accessible on the free shuttle. The hotel is right next to the gondola (free) that takes you past the Disney Caribbean resort and onto Epcot. Worth staying at, especially with a couple of pools and the arcade!
