"Horrible place"

Review: ★☆☆☆☆ I had an awful experience at this hotel. The room was filthy, with dirty sheets, dust everywhere, and a terrible smell. It was clear that it hadn’t been properly cleaned. I immediately went to the front desk to request a different room, but the staff refused to accommodate my request. When I asked for a refund due to the unacceptable conditions, they also refused, showing no concern for customer satisfaction. The lack of professionalism and cleanliness was shocking. I would never stay here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs!

Love the pillows and beds ! Love the breakfast it’s a clean hotel, good location and all you need, very quiet place and the breakfast is very good, the mini market at the counter have all you need if you want to buy a snacks, it’s a good hotel for families because the pool is pretty for kids and also very clean

Good place for the price. Good location close to everything. Amazing service people were very friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was clean just need some updates like the TV and fix the shower and the bathroom door. But overall we had a good experience.

I normally don't write bad reviews, but this time I must. This place looks NOTHING like the pictures. They say remodeled and it isn't. Do not expect the tv/cable to work and definitely not the wifi depending on where your room is located. There was someone working on their car in the parking lot with a child screaming. My room door also didn't close and there was a big gap at the bottom. I tried to resolve with the management, and the person at the desk wouldn't let me speak to the manager. Buyer beware if you are going to stay here, or use Priceline. They also were no help and I won't be using them again. I would give zero stars if I could.

A total let down. Bathroom was gross. AC unit made random rattling noises that kept us awake. The parking near our room was super sketchy. Hardly any outlets. Lamp, tv, fridge, all plugged into a cheap power cord which could not possibly pass the fire code. On the up side, front staff was friendly and bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay somewhere else if I'm in the area again.
