Excellent option. Very clean and confortable. The room is too beautiful and has everything you need. Great balance between cost and benefits. However The breakfast area could be improve because is small to attend all the guests at the same time

OK...yes its relatively clean and relatively comfortable.....you still have to deliver on what you promise.... It's Florida but the pool is closed... Breakfast??? OK...it's provided but... Same every day..... No butter for toast, waffles etc???? You ask and they direct you to the cream cheese....because...everyone enjoys waffles with cream cheese...and the lack was every day of my stay... late opening everyday...I had to tell them to turn the lights on one day...and the small refrigerator with the cold items remained locked. This is the simplest stuff in the hospitality industry - yet - they cant pull it off... At check out - I reported I was checking out of room 305. The desk agent said they don't have a room 305.....I was staying in it for the last 4 days and it isn't a complicated property..its a 3 story motel...he has to walk the property a bit more I think. Then he said he couldn't find my reservation. I asked him how he thought I got checked in with a room key and was presenting it at checkout out. He didn't respond. There is no real customer service here - they are just keeping the doors open and the lights on...Developer Inn Highway has to do better!

Was sent here after my original pre-paid hotel was overbooked, and I was told there would be no additional charges. Wrong! They charged me an additional $89.55. I (through Priceline) have been trying to receive a refund for 3 weeks. Plus, they have the dirtiest floors I have ever experienced in a hotel. (See photos) I emailed them directly about it and bever received a response.

The hotel room is excellent. Everything is new and clean. The bed is super comfortable and it has all the amenities we need. The location was perfect to go to the parks and also near to the outlets. The breakfast is very complete and it has a los of alternatives for every taste.
