Best hotel i have stayed at! Pool was beautiful. Every employee there were sooo friendly They allowed noise!!!! You will not regret your stay here! Kids zone, walking distance to many places, very close to Disney, sea world, and much much more! No complaints 👌

The staff was great and friendly! Even the “virtual” check-in, (which was a first) was fun quick and easy! The pool was a perfect temp and the hot tub was hot and perfect calming music was playing! The bartender at the bar was awesome and the pizza was great! The hallways and the rooms smelled musty and damp but we blamed it on the location because people said other hotels in the area smelled the same. We stayed for 5 nights and housekeepers came by each day and changed stuff out like towels and made the beds etc. The workout room was great! We would have liked a microwave in the room or at least one on each floor. The elevator was a little jickey jack, sometimes when we pressed the the down button lt would go up to the 7th floor before it went down. Other than those things we had great time!

I loved it , very clean the customer service , the employees, I back soon , the price is accesible, the food in the restaurant really good , the bar amazing, the bartenders make grate drinks and I spend good time singing in the karoeke , really I'm back soon 100 % recomendade.

Excellent room, everything was cleaned and comfortable. The staff was amazing and accommodating, the check in process was smooth and the place is beautiful. Will plan to stay here again and again. Thank you to the amazing staff……………………….

Horrible experience from the start. The front desk staff was nice however upon check in we got to our room and there was no tub. Went down to ask for a room with a tub as that is what was showed in the picture and what we paid for. Having a toddler we wanted a tub. Waited around to be assured the next room would have a bathtub to only haul up all our stuff and a sleeping toddler to find out it did not . Back down to the front desk for an again. Finally after waiting awhile we got to our room on the 3rd try.The towels were stained and dirty, found a baby onesie on the floor with change. Seems like they didn’t even clean the room. Brought down the dirty towels and baby onesie to the front desk and asked to talk to manager. She stated they did not have on onsite but gave me the business card for the General Manager, which is pointless as I have been calling and leaving messages since 12/24 with no response. Water was out for 2 days. Hot-tub closed the whole stay, both “ heated” pools were ice cold, play area was closed the entire stay, no ice machine on our floor ( 4th floor). Ice machine on 3rd, and 2nd floor did not work so we had to go down to 1st floor for ice. Elevators went out a couple times while we were there having to use the stairs along with the other guests. The reason why we chose this hotel was so we could relax, swim and have a play area for the kid. Instead we had to spend extra money to go to a pools outside our hotel to relax and swim , which was added money. Tried to call to get a refund for at least half the stay due to all this. Again, the manger has not returned any of my voice message. Capital One has also tried to get in contact with the GM of the hotel to speak with them about a refund seeing how I booked through Capital One, and again no response from the GM. Also, shuttle only runs a few times a day. So if you want go to Sea World expect to get there at 7am (2 hours before they even open) and have to leave 4 hours before they close. Same with Disney. If you use their shuttle, the schedule is a joke. Also, shuttle is not free, neither is parking or amenities like the Play area, pool. It says it’s free on the website but then they there is a resort fee. I asked what the resort fee is for at check in. They said the resort fee is for the 2 bottles of water, shuttle, parking, pools, play area etc ,all of which said FREE on the website ( not to mention none of the amenities even worked or were open for our stay). You cannot say that is free then say the resort fee is used for all the “ free” amenities . Now that we have allowed more than enough time for the GM to return our calls we are looking into next steps on filing a consumer complaint with the AG and FTC due to discrepancies on their website, and not following through or delivering on their services.
