"Filthy"

The food in resteraunt was overcooked and overpriced. Service was lacking. The hallways were filthy. The room was disappointing to say the least for the price. The walls are paper thin was woke up multiple times by the drunk in the next room. Dont let the pictures fool you. I will never stay here ever again.

"Amazing Transformation!"

I am so happy to brag about my stay here! I travel A LOT! The renovation is the best I’ve ever witnessed anywhere. The in-house restaurant/bar/restaurant are amazing, accommodating and gorgeous. The building is massively comfortable (if that’s a thing). If you were staying in Louisville, Kentucky, absolutely stay here and you’ll know why I’m taking the time to write this review.

"Convenient"

We visited this hotel when it was in the middle of a massive construction project. We were there as part of a travel sports team. The hotel was PACKED with a huge wedding and a large group convention. Our hotel room had been recently updated and was comfortable. We liked having a fridge! The pool was closed so that was disappointing. It was a VERY convenient location for attending events at the Expo Center--it was just a quick walk across the street.

"Needs More Attention to Detail"

Cleanliness, Not a Strong Suit! The renovation is nice however it’s obvious not much effort is given to housekeeping. Something like vacuuming the hallways and sweeping common areas (I.e., elevator) was overlooked the 2 days I stayed here and it diminished the actual work put in on renovations. Hotel room was decent enough although found hairs throughout the bathroom which frankly is just gross. The place has potential if only more care was applied.

"Double Billed"

My son was there for a convention near by. They charged my card twice! 2 different amounts! I have tried emailing and calling and I can't get them to contact me back. I will have to dispute with the credit card company next. Be sure to check your cards before you leave at this place.
