What does the resort fee include at Crown Reef Resort? Are there other fees?

The following are fees collected at Crown Reef Resort upon arrival: Booking Fee - this fee is collected per stay. Resort Fee - this is a fee per night that includes amenities and services the resort offers to guests such as daily access to the on-site waterpark, pool towels, free local calls, copies, faxes, in-room coffee, and in-room safes. Destination Fee - this is collected by the hotel upon arrival. Parking Fee - this is collected upon arrival for guests traveling and parking their vehicles overnight at the resort. *Fees are subject to change and applicable taxes.

What parking options are available to guests?

Each reservation may purchase one parking pass per unit if booked in a standard room/efficiency or two per suite. A $12/night charge per vehicle for overnight parking will be charged at check-in. Recreational vehicles and trailers are not permitted. Fees may change at anytime and are subject to applicable taxes.

What is the minimum age to check-in?

The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to check in and is required to show a photo ID and credit card.

Is Crown Reef Resort pet-friendly?

No. Pets are not permitted on resort property. ADA-defined service animals with proof of certification are welcome.

What are the hours of operation for the pools/waterpark?

Hours of operation are as follows: Mid-fall through mid-spring: Our Waterpark will be enclosed and will be open Monday – Thursday 12 pm - 8 pm and Friday - Sunday 9 am - 9 pm. Mid-spring through mid-fall: Our Waterpark will be open everyday 9 am - 9 pm. Additional pools & hot tubs: always open 9 am - 11 pm. Hours and dates are subject to change; waterpark hours and enclosure are based on weather.

Are the pools heated at the property?

All pools, including the indoor pool facility and year-round waterpark, which is seasonally enclosed, are heated throughout the year.

Does the property offer breakfast?

We offer breakfast year round, and the buffet is based on occupancy at our Town Center. If there is no buffet we offer menu order and express breakfast. Breakfast is not included but can be added to your reservation for an extra charge.

Are rollaway beds and/or cribs available?

Cribs and rollaway beds are not available. Pack n Plays are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Can I reserve a smoking unit?

No. All rooms and suites are 100% non-smoking. Smoking is NOT allowed on the balconies. Smoking is permitted ONLY in the designated outdoor areas of the resort.

What is included in the kitchen suite?

The kitchen suites come with basic cooking and dining supplies such as a frying pan, large pot, and place settings.

Are in-room safes offered?

Yes.

Do all rooms face the ocean?

Yes. At the Crown Reef Resort, all rooms face the ocean; many oceanfront accommodation options and select room types may feature a limited view, such as the Side View units.

Does the resort offer accessible amenities? Units?

Yes. The resort has accessible amenities and features in most public spaces, entrances, front desk, and pool areas. Accessible units are available upon request.
