The fabulous Crown Reef was developed to be a one of a kind resort with one goal in mind... to provide guests with service above their expectations.

The Crown Reef Resort Waterpark towers nearly 40 feet above the ground and features a 278-foot long two-person tube waterslide, a single-person 302-foot long waterslide and an 8-foot tall 20-foot long slide for the little ones!

Minimum age to check in: The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to check in and is required to show a photo ID and credit card.

Resort fee, parking fee, and booking fee will be paid upon check-in.
A 2.5% convenience fee will be added to all credit card payments made at the property; however, this fee will be waived for debit/pre-paid card payments.

A $250 refundable security deposit will be collected at check-in.

Parking: Self-parking is available for $15 per vehicle, per day. Each reservation may purchase one parking pass per unit in a standard room/efficiency or two per suite. Trailer parking is NOT available at this property.

All rooms will be made up with fresh, clean linens and towels prior to every guest check-in. Exchange of towels and removal of trash is provided daily during your stay (unless do not disturb sign is present). Linens are only changed upon request. If you need additional supplies please contact housekeeping for delivery of items.

Don’t freak out if you read poor reviews - I almost cancelled after reading some horrific reviews but I’m so glad I didn’t! We had the best time!! Our 3 boys LOVED the resort and my fiancé and I had a very enjoyable vacation. The rooms were very clean, well stocked, and we had zero issues. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff was super friendly. Highly highly recommend.

We came for a softball tournament in January. We had breakfast at Loco Gecko and our waitress, Sophia, was wonderful. We had a great conversation and outstanding service. Really hope to get back to Crown Reef soon. It has been a great experience.

Everything was good except for the heat on the bedroom side of the suite didn’t get very warm. The hot tubs in Tower 3 were cold and the indoor slides closed at 600pm on Sunday and the WiFi was horrible to use a firestick on it wouldn’t connect so we used all our hotspots up in 4 days. Other that everything else about the stay was great!!! Front Desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Samantha with group sells was amazingly nice knowledgeable and helpful!!!!

The rooms were very dated, you had to let the water run for 30 minutes to get hot water for a shower, there was mold buildup around the broken surroundings of the whirlpool tub, there was no tissues, paper towels, we had to ask for towels and washcloths. Old food stuck to the ceiling in the kitchen, refrigerator door had the handle busted off.

In the spring it summer this might be a much better place. My family didn’t find the bang for your buck experience we were shown in reviews and pictures. Not a terrible experience but definitely will be trying somewhere else next trip. Rooms were clean. Starbucks was a good addition. Heated pools were nice for January. Checkin could have laid out amenities and where things were located a lot more.

Hours and dates are subject to change; waterpark hours and enclosure are based on weather.

Are the pools heated at the property?

All pools, including the indoor pool facility and year-round waterpark, which is seasonally enclosed, are heated throughout the year.

Does the property offer breakfast?

We offer breakfast year round, and the buffet is based on occupancy at our Town Center. If there is no buffet we offer menu order and express breakfast. Breakfast is not included but can be added to your reservation for an extra charge.

Are rollaway beds and/or cribs available?

Cribs and rollaway beds are not available. Pack n Plays are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Can I reserve a smoking unit?

No. All rooms and suites are 100% non-smoking. Smoking is NOT allowed on the balconies. Smoking is permitted ONLY in the designated outdoor areas of the resort.

What is included in the kitchen suite?

The kitchen suites come with basic cooking and dining supplies such as a frying pan, large pot, and place settings.

Are in-room safes offered?

Yes.

Do all rooms face the ocean?
