I was here on a business trip and they never came to clean my room. I arrived Sunday by Tuesday room was never cleaned. Front desk was apologetic but that doesn’t help when the next day which was Wednesday room still wasn’t clean. There was only one elevator and someone threw up all over the elevator that wasn’t cleaned properly. Management apologized and comped me a night of stay but I didn’t need a comp I needed a cleaned room. The rooms are outdated. The view I had was a building with windows so I was never able to open my blinds. I am a Marriott girl so this was so unfortunate. If you’re 6ft tall you will not like the showers.

Paid 300 usd a night and they only clean your room every second day. Asked for it to be cleaned on what would be 3 night in a row. Got home from work room not cleaned. Manager called and firmly told me they don’t have the staff to clean daily. You get no breakfast included. They have an overpriced bistro which basically sells microwave meals. How can you charge the prices you do for a basic service. Rooms poorly insulated so stay away from road side as traffic noise is constant. Courtyard by Marriott was a great place to stay while visiting family in West LA. Our suite was spacious and well appointed without being fancy. The breakfast bar on the first floor is a Starbuck's with good coffee and many nice choices for breakfast, if a bit pricey. The woman who runs the concession is terrific--helpful and calm under pressure. The Assistant Manager was very understanding when we thought we might have to leave a day early (though it turned out we did not). The parking staff was efficient and prompt and helpful. The only quibble I would have is with every other day cleaning services. The cleaning crew (one young man only) showed up close to 5 p.m. and failed to remove my grungy old towels, while replacing the bathroom with new ones. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely book there again.

Nice and clean, friendly staff and easy parking. Room had two double beds and was fairly small with some odd things such as no hooks for towels or awkward closet sliding doors. I found parking ($35/day) to be very convenient and easy to come in & out. Olympic Blvd is a VERY busy street with lots of traffic day and night so it was rather loud, and you have to wait forever to make the left turn into the hotel parking.

My new apartment wasn’t ready so I found the closest hotel to my apartment to stay . I was vey delighted to stay at the courtyard by marriott century city . When I arrived, the valet parking was very friendly . They helped me with my baggage . The female at the front desk was friendly and she welcomed me with a smile . My room seemed to be a newly renovated room an it was very clean . In the morning, I had my breakfast at the bistro and the service was very friendly .
