Stayed herenone night before a flught out of burbank airport. It's super close to the airport. My room faced the road and had a bit of noise even on a higher floor. Staff was super friendly at check-in. The room had a strange layout but was large and appeared to be recently renovated.

Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room service food was shockingly good! After spending long days at the universal studios park the hotel was perfect for us. It’s about 5 miles from the park. We used Uber for our travel needs. There is a mini store for snacks inside the hotel.

As a whole the hotel is “fine,” however, some of the staff is highly racist and that is an uncomfortable and unnecessary experience when traveling with POC. We stayed for three days and one of the female staff was highly racist towards one of the gentleman we were traveling with, both when he was alone and in my presence. We won’t talk about the incompetence of the phone staff who were too lazy to help transfer when you were looking for a number when calling externally since that was so overshadow by the overt racist behavior of some of the staff.

The property is conveniently located next to plenty of shops and restaurants. Rooms are basic and those facing the main road suffer from a lot of traffic noise. There are no amenities provided and no complimentary breakfast is available. The worse thing though is an unwelcoming reception supervisor who became very rude when asked about details on Bonvoy membership benefits. No apologies were offered even when corrected. A very unpleasant stay.

Wife and I travel Alot. This Hotel Rates as one of the Best we stayed at. Clean, comfortable. The front desk was easy check in. Oliver was professional. No issues. The room was a upgraded room. Super clean. Quiet, room view was looking out to the mountain. TV had over 30 plus Clean direct TV channels. Netflix and pandora. Bed was super big, comfortable with multiple pillows. Bathroom had nice shower with tub. Very clean. Shower had shampoo, conditioner and liquid dispensers in the shower. Room had iron and Iron board. Plenty of desk space. Small refrigerator and microwave. Electric outlets on every wall and end tables and comfortable couch. Climate control on the wall, easy to work. Plenty of lights. Room darkening curtains. Close to all shopping and restaurants. Few miles from Burbank Airport.
