"Great beach find"

Kim at the check in desk helped was work through a reservation issue which was quite frustrating. We were thankful for her assistance! Once we got checked in, everything was great! The SUPER comfy bed (mattress and pillows) gave us the BEST nights sleep before we woke up to view the sunrise on the beach. It was a wonderful piece of sparsely populated beach accessed by a short walk from the hotel. The lobby Bistro offered a great selection of food/bevvies and the Bistro attendants were quite efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. All of our activities/ shopping (Ron Jon’s!)/ eateries were easily within walking distance. After check out, a housekeeper kindly helped me retrieve a cup I had left behind. She was very nice!

Very nice hotel for a vacation, catching a cruise, or visiting Kennedy Space Center. Also a nice short path to the beach! The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and always willing to help out. Victoria and Patricia in particular! The rooms are large and nicely appointed. The downstairs has an open Bistro and coffee bar. A must stay when visiting the area. Only 25 minutes from KSC.

"Awesome resort for our family"

This is a beautiful hotel. It’s a resort that our whole family enjoyed. We barely left the property as it had everything we needed. Front desk employees Carol and Tomas showed us all of the amenities and were very friendly and helpful. My girl Jenn at the cabana bar made sure to deliver refreshments all day by the pool! Amazing service. Our room was kept clean and we stayed in an amazing king suite with 2 balconies. The provided a crib for my baby, which was great (even though she slept in the king bed with mommy and daddy). We were helped at the Bistro by Ashley for lunch and dinner as well. The food and drinks are great, and prices the same as any restaurant. We had so much fun and will definitely be back!

"Quick getaway"

Staff members were 5 out of 5! Pool, hot tub, and cabana bar were great. Food at the Bistro was very good. Beach is close and beautiful. Everything very clean. Top 2 floors under renovation but wasn’t an issue. Bathroom lighting was kind of poor and mattress was a little soft, but those things will be updated as they continue reno. Loved it!
