"Front Desk Staff are great!"

The room was spacious and comfortable. The Front Desk Staff--Dontavious and Evelyn were awesome! They were both highly professional and efficient and both of them brightened my day. If I ever come back through Cocoa Beach or Cape Canaveral, I will happily stay here again.

I received a great rate on my room and Kim upgraded me.(THANKS) The room was clean and well maintained. I wish they had better lighting. The wet bar and refrigerator were a nice feature. Bed's were comfortable. I appreciated the pull out sofa. Plenty of outlets in the room.

"Great Stay!!"

We are hunkering down in Cocoa Beach, having evacuated from Tampa during Hurricane Milton. The staff could not be more friendly, helpful, and pleasant- even as they are facing their own stress from tornadoes, wind and water. We just finished a fabulous, fresh dinner from the lobby restaurant. Shout out to chef Justin and server Vanessa! Our steak, swordfish, mahi and even the Cobb salad was outstanding! … better than the meal we had at a local seafood spot last night (good enough but much pricier). no free coffee ij the lobby in the morning opting for a paid coffee bar instead. meh. clean rooms, good showers, comfy beds. nice atmosphere. friendly people. sold!

"Can be "hit or miss" on service."

I've stayed at this hotel twice in the past. The first time, the staff was on point and very attentive during check in and check out... and to questions/concerns in between. The second time, staff seemed exhausted during check in and a room service attendant wasn't English-speaking enough to direct me the right way to simply the elevator... I don't think she had a clue on the question I even asked her. Tonight... I tried booking a new reservation via cell and laptop and this hotel's site and the Marriott Bonvoy site kept throwing errors. I received a confirmation email, but my credit card hasn't been charged. I therefore have no idea if I'm truly booked for the non-cancellable rate or not. Now I have to waste even more time confirming that I am tomorrow. (I don't feel like dealing with this anymore tonight.) This hotel has become "hit or miss" on whether or not we'll book future stays, when we'd hoped it would become our "go to" place when in town.

"Kim Rocks!"

I was very happy with Kim at the Cocoa beach location. She was considerate and addressed all my questions. She checked me in quickly. Also I asked her more than once what the total with tax would be taken from my bank account. And it was what she said it would be. I would stay here again especially with nice people like Kim at the front desk.
