"Subpar Service - Super Clean Room"

Overall decent stay. Cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the room. Overall a delight to be in Only thing that was disappointing was Service Experience at checkin. Rally dismissive attitude while talking with an Anita or somebody. Not a good look, all the other staff pleasant and accommodating

"Great stay for our conference"

The staff was responsive to our needs, individually and as a group. Two floors were being renovated while we were there, and other than signs to keep us off those floors, we wouldn't have known they were working there. The meals were prepared well, and the wait staff for our meals at the conference were great.

Fantastic service and clean. Grateful for Sandy, Cindy, Sherri, Robyn, and Carolann. The rooms are clean and the Bistro has a great selection. Beach access is pretty close and an easy walk. Everyone is very kind and will help with anything.

"Ok if the main thing you want is beach access "

It's ok. Walking path to the beach. $12 a night for parking. If there are two guests and you're titanium, you can get $20 per day as a food credit as there is no free breakfast. The Breakfast tots and eggs are by far the best thing we had so I highly suggest getting it. There is a lot of construction and one day we were woken up by hammering from the floor above. The fitness center was for sure lacking any weight equipment aside from some dumbbells. The executive suite was huge but strangely designed where there is no direct access to the bathroom from the bedroom (mainly an issue if you are traveling with small children).
