"Good food in an echo chamber"

We went expecting a nice relaxing evening dinner. However the room had no sound deadening features so that the two large and loud parties made it almost unbearable. Food was nicely done and timely however wait staff seemed overwhelmed.

"Don't go for Thanksgiving"

It's our tradition to go to New Orleans for Thanksgiving. We have dined at the Court of Two Sisters for Jazz Brunch on Thanksgiving and in the past it's been lovely. Sadly, Thanksgiving 2024 was nothing like our previous experience. The server was young, seemed inexperienced and was virtually invisible until it was time to give us the check. There was nobody inside monitoring or refreshing the selections on the buffet and it was a picked over mess. No prime rib at all, although it's featured on the brunch menu. When I asked, I was rudely told "NO prime rib" Overall a very disappointing and expensive mistake this time around. We left hungry and we won't be back.

We had a beautiful dinner. Lovely dining room. The veal and the rice dish were both delicious. Bananas foster was the best thing we ate all weekend. Coffee arrived stone cold and way after dessert was served. Despite saying we would skip it, we were still charged. Otherwise, we will be back.
