"Too crowded. Took forever to get food...from a buffet line!"

Here for Jazz Brunch. Line for main buffet was 20+ people long the whole time we were there. Gave up, and just ate from the salad and dessert bar. Food not particularly good. Expensive for what we got. Will never go back. (And although the musicians were good, they played very sparingly.)

Very average and disappointing for such an esteemed restaurant. The restaurant is huge and that is the problem, no personal touches. We ordered cocktails when we sat down but they did not show up until we started our entrees (we had already eaten our starters!). Our waitress said that she would talk to her manager that it was unacceptable that our drinks took so long, but no one came to apologize or comp a drink. One entrée was messed up and had to be sent back, by the time it showed up the rest of us were finishing up our entrees. So with two big misses and no acknowledgement on our bill or from the management, very disappointing. The food was nothing special, the servers were really good and working very hard. The atmosphere in the back room is very sterile, white floors and walls. I won't be coming back.

This outside courtyard was accessible on what had been a cooler weather period- which was great because this setting is why you go; the selection of food was different than other brunches in that it was leaning more towards breakfast - which was okay with me since I love a good omelet -the also accepted that I wanted my mimosa just colored with OJ - my adult daughter got the eggs benedict and enjoyed - and of course we sampled a lot of the other selections - it was a nice Sunday morning experience

This is a tourist mecca and I am ok with that. What is not ok is being shunted between two desks to get seated with my reservation. Only by finding a manger did we get to a table. Our waiter sadly was unable to get coffee didn't mention the overcharge for oj, and never could find a biscuit. Very disappointing was modern jazz being played by a 3 piece combo. No, no, a thousand times no. Food was cold and terrible. And for the please with tip it was $120. Please spare yourself sadness and go elsewhere.
