THE JUCUZZI ROOM WAS BROKE AND LEAKING I HAD TO CLEAN THE MESS AND THEN WAS INTURPUTED AFTER LEAVING THE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN THE MAINTAINCE GUY ATTEMPTED TO ENTER THEN BY THE SECOND DAY AT 5PM I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS FIXED AND IN FACT IT WAS NOT THEY PUT A BANDAID AND IT DID NOT HELP THE ISSUE WHEN I CALLED DOWN TO COMPLAIN THEY SAID MANAGER WOULD GET BACK TO ME THE NEXT DAY AND SHE DID AT 5PM THE SECOND DAY WAS GONE PRACTICALLY SO I TOLD HER WHAT WAS THE POINT IN RENTING FOR 2DAYS AN NO ABLE TO USE JUCUZZI SHE PROMISED WE WOULD BE TAKEN CARE AND NOTHING SUNDAY COME TIME FOR CHECK OUT AND NO RESULTS I CALLED MANY TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE

My wife and I had an Amazing Aniversary. The Manager was very friendly, helpful, and payed attention to the details, and very sweet. I asked to make our Aniversary special, and they did! Flower pedals spelling Happy Aniversary on our bed, towel swans, and Champain with glasses waiting chilled. The room was clean and a very nice jacuzzi sweet along with a wonderful included Breakfast and a nice pool! Definitely recommend Staying at County Inns and Suits, especially the Schaumburg location. Thank you So Much!

Hotel was to take us to airport and pick us up from the airport back to the hotel. We got back from the trip, in the evening, we called the hotel, we gave our position to pick up. They never found us after an hour, even as we were calling them by mobile phones several imes. . They never got where we were, we had to pay $85 to get to the last taxi to get to the hotel. In the morning we asked the hotel manager to pay the $85, and she said she could not.

A hotel to avoid. Walking up to the hotel provides the first sign of a lack of cleanliness (mold/mildew covers the building). Entering the lobby at 2:00 pm, no one was around except for a lady sitting in a chair near the front desk with headphones on. We waited 30 minutes for someone to show up, and after this we decided to tour the hotel. Very dirty and in need of upgrades. Back at the desk and the only lady (still with headphones on) refuses to acknowledge that we were there. We even waved to get her attention and help. I did reach a lady with the cleaning team and she was so rude that she hung up on me twice. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said no one comes in until after 3:30. So...the hotel has no management from morning until late afternoon. We eventually had no choice but to leave and find a different hotel. Now, the management refuses to refund our payment (booked on line with Expedia). Of course they would refuse because obviously management at this hotel is lacking in so many ways. Many other choices for hotels in the area. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY!
