Malika has great customer service. I arrived at your Charlotte hotel after an 8 hour drive and a lot of frustration. I arrived tired and cranky. Then, I messed up my reservation by reserving the wrong dates. Fortunately, Malika was able to find us a room despite my mistake. Then Malika took it upon herself to hand deliver fresh baked cookies to our room since she knew I had had a bad day. She turned my day around! Thank you Malika and Country Inn!!!

Avoid this business at all costs necessary. Before I arrived that day I attempted to call. No one answers the phone. Upon arrival I noticed the numerous signs in the parking area warning me of Crime Watch and to remove all valuables from my vehicle. The check in was prompt and professional. Upon entering my room I noticed the out of date light switches, the cracked floor tiles in the out of date bathroom, no luggage stool to protect my bag from whatever lives in the dirty carpet (do not walk barefoot), the broken cover on the HVAC unit, and the state of disrepair of all furniture and walls. I was placed at the end of the second floor where there was a laundromat. A car parked at the base of my wing apparently was either using or selling drugs. The foot traffic was of a party atmosphere outside my door. The breakfast was missing milk, fruit, etc. I still tipped the woman assigned to the room The television volume was turned up to drown out the guests and non guests. I was severely disappointed since I had an excellent experience at the Annapolis Country Inn less than two weeks ago. This brings me to the conclusion that this is a corporate issue. Unprofessional from the entity that provides franchises. I suggest Hampton Inn down the street if you require a stay in this area. Shame Choice Hotels...

Excellent Service rendered, at An Excellent Venue… Mr. Lowell is an excellent host. He represents Country Inn & Suites rather well!! His attentiveness does not go unnoticed. Went out and checked on a patron, who had dosed off in his car, shining flashlight & knocking on window to awaken, to insure that all was well!! Witnessed what customer service is all about, rhet cheer!! Mr. Lowell would be a good team member on most any team!!

The hotel is in a great location if you need to do things in the city but don't want to stay in the city. It is an older hotel and show some signs of wear but is well maintained! The Breakfast was great. The room was very reasonably priced! A huge shout out to Danielle behind the front desk! She was absolutely amazing and definitely will brighten up your day when you see her! Awesome lady!
