i never got to go to this hotel. i made a reservation which was no cancelleation. i tried to call for several days and finally got through when they corrected the phone number on the website. choice customer service is in another country and useless. this hotel told me they could not change my reservation as a courtesy due to a family emergency i had, a three day difference. offered to pay a fee. what is this world coming to? i hope the manager doesnt have an emergency and be treated like that. a choice privilege member for years. will never ever make a reservation there again.

I was there with family and dog. Impression is that the property is generally well maintained and run, although there were a few quirks. Front desk staff tried hard to keep guests satisfied when problems were over their heads. Continental breakfast included a good selection of high-carb food plus the usual eggs and meat and yogurt. My only objections were costs. The fee for a dog is $30/night, which I found to be high, but not so high that it prevented me from staying there. However, I was disappointed to find an additional "hotel service fee" tagged onto my bill that was not mentioned when I priced the hotel, and I won't return to this hotel for that reason. I don't know how hotels can get away with advertising rates that exclude a hotel fee that is just an additional percentage of the hotel rate; seems sleazy.

Stayed here for a week from 8-6 to 8-13 2022 Hotel charges you a early check in fee 25.00 after 2 and 50.00 before 2 Pool was real dirty couldn’t see the bottom for 4 days and no one ever picked up the trash or emptied it No soap in downstairs bathroom all week Breakfast was the worst same thing every day No Bananas or Bacon all week it was terrible Hotel was real dirty Carpets all stained furniture in lobby old and dirty and same at pool Maid only made up bed once in a week and did nothing else didnt clean bathroom or vacuum They charge you a hotel service fee which they don’t mention on your reservation its on your bill when you leave It was musty in the room carpet was stained and worn out Stay somewhere else you be sorry if you stay here Guy at front was miserable is was all down hill from there Had to a take back your dirty towels everyday and usually Go back again to get clean ones and get you own toilet paper and soap too worked Mexicans long hour with no overtime pay I’m sure This is terrible place to stay so stay somewhere you were warned I wasn’t so don’t stay here

Walked in 20 minutes to 3. First thing I hear there is a $25 charge for early arrival. So I wait till 3 to check in. Now I go to my room and there are dirty towels on the floor, unmade bed. The room was not ready. The maid said it would only take 10 minutes to get ready. Really? What happened to all the special cleaning due to Covid? I'm not even sure she realized she was suppose to do the room for a new guest. Felt very unsafe staying there. I wasn't allowed to cancel my reservations but was told if I left I would be listed as a No Show and be charged 1 night. I left. But now they are charging me for the 1 night plus the full amount of the stay which was suppose to be for 16 nights, so over $2000. Of course the front desk doesn't answer when you call. So my lawyer will be taking over.

Staff is not friendly. We stayed for 5 nights, got housekeeping one of the five days. The other days they didn’t even take our dirty towels. Had to go to the front desk every day to ask for clean towels. Kleenex box was left empty when we checked in. The bed sheets have holes in them. Keys had to be reprogrammed multiple times a day….EVERY DAY. The breakfast is nothing great. Coffee tastes like mud water. The side doors that you supposedly need a key to enter are left unlocked 24-7. No key needed. Anyone can come and go in the motel. The lawn care guys kids come to swim in the pool with the guests. Would never recommend and will never stay again. Even guests who regularly stay at comfort suites told us they will never come back to this one.
