"Clean hotel uncomfortable beds"

The hotel is clean but the bed was so uncomfortable. When I did my reservation it was for a king size suite and they did not honor that they gave us a double bed and it was just me and my husband the beds were very uncomfortable and then the chair by the desk was all torn the furniture in the the breakfast area was worn out and torn. They need to update their furniture.

Huge ROACH in the bathroom upon entering our room. Girl behind the desk merely ran out and offered to change our room. We stayed, who's to say other rooms were infested. Upon waking in the morning there was a huge cricket in the bathroom. They definitely grow them big in Texas. The place needs to be fumigation. Service was terrible!

"Disappointed Stay in a molded and outdated hotel"

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with our recent stay at the Comfort Inn in Grapevine, Texas, from June 2024 to July 2024. Our experience was far from what we expected, and we encountered several issues that negatively impacted our vacation. Upon checking into our first room, we discovered that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. We then moved to a second room, only to find mold in the bathroom. Despite reporting these issues to the front desk, the problems remained unresolved. Furthermore, the door handle in the second room did not function correctly, and the staff was unhelpful when we requested a full refund to find alternative accommodations for my family and me. We also requested contact information for upper management, but our request was denied. In response to the hotel's lack of action, we reported the issues to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The hotel's outdated condition and the steps taken to address these concerns are now in the hands of the BBB. Sincerely, Thompson

Sawan and staff was ever so hepful, kind and courteous! I live in Benbrook, but I sometimes have to work in Grapevine, I will book accomodations again at Comfort Suites DFW N/Grapevine! When I needed more towels and room cleaning, as well as local information, Sawan was most helpful! I look forwards to futher getaway staycations in the later months of this year! Thank you for your great hospitality!

Really appreciated the service and accommodations while staying here. Staff handled the load of cancelled American Airlines flights really well and got us and baby into our room quickly. Additionally, our 8mo old managed to pull one of the lamps in the lobby onto the floor and broke it...staff was super helpful and supportive and management insisted it was OK we had an accident. Great to experience such staff today. Thank you!
