"Run don't walk away"

We had reservations and got there a little early. After looking at the surroundings got a very uneasy feeling. After going in to check in was informed we did not have any rooms available yet, you will have to come back. After just seeing the lobby and bathroom decided we would not risk staying the night. I can not for the life of me see how this falls under the Hilton name.

There are much better choices to choose from. Unfortunately the weekend we chose to visit, hotels were either sold out or too pricey. We will not be staying here again. Be careful across the street!

"Nice budget hotel"

The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are big and spacious, nicely decorated. Everything is clean, the staff is very friendly. It comes with free parking and breakfast. The breakfast runs only until 9 am, Even though it claims to be in the historic district, it is way to far to walk to downtown.

They should raze this hotel and rebuild from scratch. Second worst Comfort Inn (Texarkana was the worst) We've ever stayed in. It took 3 room switches to find one that was minimally acceptable. All 3 rooms had electrical problems. At least in the 3rd room, the only light that didn't work was by the window. If anyone is even considering this hotel, I would suggest finding a homeless shelter, it would be more acceptable. All three rooms had stained floors, sofas and chairs. The ceiling sprinklers were "raw", no coverings. I'm sure they weren't even operable.

"Perfect for Our Family of Five! "

My favorite budget friendly hotel we've stayed at in St.Augustine. The breakfast in the morning has something for all three of my kids. It was rather quiet and I really like the pull out bed avaliable in the rooms! Very large rooms, comfortable beds and close to St.Augustine. We will definitely book here again in the future!
