Comfort Inn & Suites Ballpark Area in Smyrna, GA

My husband and I have stayed here 3 times. It not the greatest but not the worse. I'm was sitting in the breakfast area looking at television, the morning news, and this woman came out from somewhere and spoke to front desk and other guys in their native language. She didn't ask how was my stay going, no good morning, but if I stayed in this hotel? Or was I homeless? I replied excuse me? Yes, I stay here! Im in room 207. Why would I want to come here to steal powered dried eggs and instant oatmeal? She tried to say she asked everyone. I replied, no ma'am you don't we have stayed here 2 other times. I have never be so offended. When I asked the front desk guy for an owner or manager he replied she was one of them and apologized repeatedly. The lady called her husband and continued to talk in their native language and call the young man from the desk. He replied auntie i gave her the refund and her deposit back. I apologized to him for having to deal with her his aunt. I'm killing roaches in my room and she is assuming some homeless and stealing burnt powered eggs. It is too early in this long day for me to deal with this fooliness. We stay with Choice Hotels all the time. Very disappointed in this location and this hospitality company. No owner should treat anyone like this. Even if I was homeless it.is not ok to treat anyone less than human. It is not ok to talk about people and the assume that they are stealing breakfast. Do best. Learn some tactics. Learn how to approach guest.

This hotel would be the perfect location close to the ball park and food and more, if the current staff and owner didn’t work there, because their service is horrible. Bathroom have Disgusting they do not clean the bathroom properly there is Fungus on the shower walls and in the tub. Blood stains and bugs in the bed. Front desk staff is horrible and management have no clue what it takes to run a proper hotel. I do not recommend unless you want to have a foot infection. Bug bites on your body. Have them charge you a $100 deposit to sleep in mess there is nothing of value in the place because my room had a broken chair as well.

Pretty clean rooms, nice King bed, well equipped suite and nice breakfast. Front desk attendant at night was cordial. Restrooms are spacious and look nice. Lobby is welcoming, well stocked and have a nice dining area In general, it’s a good deal for the price.

Staff was wonderful, nice, accommodating people for all my experience was a 10 out of 10 definitely would recommend. Amrutha went above and beyond to make sure I have everything for my stay, she's a very delightful uplifting person. Other hotels should train their staff to be as accommodating as this hotel staff are, it's obvious everyone here loves what they do!

Smoke alarm went off all night when I asked management he literally ripped it off the ceiling with the wires and said must be bad. No offers to do anything about it just said they couldn’t hear it so it not that bad, avoid this hotel there are many better options in the area
