I came here with my family. We have had great experiences with Comfort Inn in the past so we weren’t at all worried. However, this hotel room is horrible at worst, mediocre at best. The sheets are stained and shoddily made, the bathroom is dirty and bare-bones without even a towel rod or soap holder, and the microwave is disgusting as it was still stained and smelled of the food that was in it before we arrived. The fridge was also cracked on the inside. The staff offered to move us to a different room, but as we looked through them, every single one of the available rooms was in the same state. Another issue is the lighting. With the window closed, the room is dimly lit, and the bathroom light flickers. We are very dissatisfied with this hotel. My family and I are very avid travelers, and this is one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in. It is dirty and low quality, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. Hotels half as expensive as this one have been twice as good quality.

We were fine with everything. The hotel is showing some wear but it was clean, comfortable, breakfast buffet was good, and we had no serious complaints. The price was very good so that was our big draw. No complaints.

I was unable to stay at this hotel due to a severe eye infection that limited my ability to drive to the hotel. I called in advance and informed them. They were unwilling to work with me and make any reasonable accommodation or exception, even though I had documentation to support it. Moreover, the national chain did also not support me. I now have had to pay for a hotel stay that I did not use and customer service is appalling. I had to remind the front desk that they were speaking to me rudely. He said that this was "my mistake" and that it wasn't "his problem". Extremely disappointed in the service.

Horrible, did not enjoy my experience found drugs on the property pretty sure they belonged to an employee. When I reported it they brushed it off as if nothing was wrong… I would have left had it not been late and I had my kids

This appears to be an older hotel that has gone through recent updates. The facilities are modern and very clean. This hotel is an excellent value. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of selections for almost every taste.
