"Very good place to stay. Excellent view of thunder striker."

Clean hotel. The breakfast was good and it was actually real food. The staff was nice and helpful. And very close to Carrowinds excellent location. Our room view was of Carrowinds Thunder striker and Fury 325. Wendy's is right next-door and food

Nice place. The room was clean, but there wasn't much water pressure for the shower and the tub didn't drain very well. Biggest complaint is that breakfast isn't served until 7:00 am so if you want to get on the road before the morning commuters plan on skipping the."complimentary" breakfast.

Customer service and room availability! The breakfast is ok! Close to the interstate and a decent selection of snacks. Tiffany is amazing very helpful thanks for that! They guy on night shift I can’t remember his name but he always go over and beyond to accommodate my stay and because of that we enjoy staying there every chance we’re in charlotte. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The shower was nice and clean. The staff was also very friendly and efficient. Great hot breakfast! I appreciate that they are pet friendly, and the location has good places to walk my dog…which is very important to me 🥰

The whole place smelled like weed. Hallways were run down. Room was half painted. Staff were rude and lazy. None of the ice machines worked. They advertise breakfast but didn’t have it out at all. The so called renovation looked like it was done by crappy staff.
