"Stay anywhere but here."

The whole place smelled like weed. Hallways were run down. Room was half painted. Staff were rude and lazy. None of the ice machines worked. They advertise breakfast but didn’t have it out at all. The so called renovation looked like it was done by crappy staff.

Overall it was the best hotel stay I’ve ever experienced staff was wonderful everyone was nice house keepers was wonderful Tessia had the cafeteria food perfectly prepared I give it a 10 out of 10 the beds was so comfortable, and Angela who I call Jamaica was top flight security she was amazing gotta love her! And Tiffany who I“Tipp” was the front desk Boss😝 came in and put her business foot down very nice young lady and mama Mia! Which is the Hotel manager ran it accordingly her and Angela made everyone feel like our parents was coming😄 and Mickey was the guy who kept the concession stand well kept also a nice guy and I can’t forget my girl Maria!!🤞🏽 she the one checked me in and made sure I was straight the whole time!! Much love and respect to the the whole staff!! It’s kind of like family!! I recommend everyone to visit comfort inn at Carowinds!! Fort mill sc🤚🏼🤚🏼🤚🏼🤚🏼🤚🏼

"Lovely week"

I've got to say... I had an extremely quiet, cozy, and relaxing week at Comfort Inn. My room has to be the cleanest I've ever been too. Bed and pillows comfy. Breakfast was great... Choice of muffins, strawberry pastry (idk much other about it besides being delicious!) biscuits, eggs, bacon, sausage, make your own waffles, cereal, mik, orange and apple juice. Convenience stores and Wendy's right next door. Everything was nice.

"Not sure of a 3rd Tine"

This is my second stay. However this stayI didn't receive any refreshing of my room, I only use wash/ towel twice at home so when I travel I stick to my same habits, I didn't receive any type of room service, trash, coffee, bed tidy up. When returning back to room I had to call and report no one serviced my room. The front desk ask me to come pick up towel/ wash cloth and I did. So now my bathroom floor is full of those used items. The breakfast were old burnt link sausage on Thursday/Friday, staff put patron that were eating breakfast with lights turned off. Now Saturday/Sunday breakfast staff were awesome, they informed the patron of clothing and ask if we were all good before taking item up and out. I wish I would have had more tip money for them. Thanks to the weekend breakfast staff, great job!!!!!
