On select days of the week, a scheduled shuttle service also picks up and drops off guests to and from Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores. The hotel is a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel offering easy access to Disney Springs, Orlando Premium Outlets, and many restaurants nearby.

The 640 non-smoking guest rooms at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vistaoffer comfort and convenience with their modern amenities. All Semi-Suite® guest rooms feature two double Simmons Beautyrest® Pillow Top beds or one king bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron and board, hair dryer, and an electronic safe large enough to accommodate a laptop computer. The property also provides free WiFi and cable television with pay-per-view in-room movies.

Be sure to visit the children's splash park (Ozzie's Splash Zone), two large swimming pools, video arcade, children's playground, and many dining options - Boardwalk Buffet Restaurant, Comfort Zone Bar & Grille, and Lite Bite Mini-Market/Deli. The Boardwalk Buffet Restaurant provides buffet-style dining and hosts a Kids Eat Free Program for children under 5 years of age.

Pet Policy: A maximum of 2 dogs per room is allowed and must have current vaccinations with proof available upon request. Guestroom accounts are charged a nonrefundable fee of $15, plus tax, per dog, per guestroom, and per night. Service animals excluded. If paying cash, a $50 deposit, plus tax, is required. "Great location!"

Stayed here for 12 nights in Jan/Feb 2025 and had no complaints for a budget-friendly option. Rooms were not the most modern but they were spacious & clean, with an iron that came in handy. Upon check-in staff were very helpful and asked for our preference of floors/buildings. We were facing the main road which could get noisy but with the door closed, it did reduce the noise massively. Room also had air con which was perfect on hotter days. Didn't make use of the shuttle as the times didn't always suit us but we got around using Lyft (worked out cheaper than uber). Location was fantastic - 10 mins drive to Disney, 15 min to universal parks and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We walked to olive garden, IHOP, 7/11, Starbucks, Target, Cheesecake Factory & more - if you don't mind a few steps it's a great way to save money on extra taxis if you eat out on an evening. Surroundings are pristine, security make it feel secure & we only used the pool facilities once but the pool towels were a bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Orlando - this hotel was perfect for us.

Nice location- close to Disney Parks and many restaurants. Did offer shuttle services to parks but odd hours- we didn't use the service due to this. Nice back patio seating area overlooking the pond. Decent pool- site says 2 pools but we only saw 1. Very outdated rooms. Shower rod was broke and some outlets didn't work. Great price- you get what you pay for.

Other than the hotel being dated, you can’t go wrong here. i was able to book a room at the AARP RATE OF $67.49 per nite, and enjoyed a very large, very clean room. Great location with plenty of (free) parking for hotel guests. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. Free internet also worked great as well as the free computers & printer in the lobby. A real great value for the Lake buena Vista/Orlando area. Plenty of restaurants, and everything else you could ever need within a short drive, including Disney. I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation. Overall Rating ~ Very Good.

Arrived on a late-ish flight & wanted to stay relatively near to MCO before driving on to Tampa the following day. Booked this through Trivago & got a pretty good last minute deal £105 for a “deluxe” room at a busy/expensive time of the year Positives - this’ll be quick! Good location right by Vineland Outlets & a very comfy bed Negatives - dated & scruffy buildings, reminded us of a homeless shelter with lots of dubious looking characters lurking in stairwells. Couldn’t have the curtains open as all rooms look directly onto the walkway. Lots of noisy, screeching, anti social residents all night! Room was dingy & depressing. Toilet didn’t flush properly & ceiling light flickered annoyingly. Water pressure in shower poor & bathroom was nasty. Ancient a/c unit that sounded like a tank rattling through the room all night. We wondered if we’d survive the night in such surroundings & pushed our cases against the door for added security. Got up at 0700 to escape as soon as we could! Never again

Brilliant stay with great staff, central location and good value. We enjoyed our stay as the staff were super helpful especially Resa but the whole front desk team were great. Beds were super comfy, lots of drawer space, iron and safe and good air con! Breakfast included is grab n go so it’s $9 more to upgrade to full buffet. We would definitely stay again 😀
