"Free Parking!"

Free Parking! The property recently moved to IHG. I was coming through town and wanted a nice property that had a shuttle to downtown and free parking. Free parking is rare in Nashville and made the HI a great choice. The room is great and the is bartender spectacular!

Newly remodeled and you can tell. Great location, large lobby with bar, nice breakfast area and the pool looks brand new. The rooms were good size and if you have a city view, it is amazing. But, (isn’t there always a but) the BEST part of this property has to be the staff. They are the most helpful, friendly and courteous I have experienced Roger Miller would be proud, there are phones, and a pool although it is a-bit above the 50 cents I recommend this hotel and will be my goto in Nashville

This is a lovely hotel. Standard Holiday Inn quality. Clean, fresh and just renovated. Everyone is very friendly. We had great service from both Angel and Justin our bartender. He gave us great service in the bar and some recommendations for our visit.

"One of the best downtown choices!"

This hotel has been affiliated with a number of hotel brands over the years. It has a very convenient location to the football stadium, downtown Nashville, state capital offices and more. The owner decided to change from a previous brand to the IHG Holiday Inn in his upgrade plans and the changes are immediately visible! When we were there in June, it was renovation in progress and the hotel was in very good condition then, and on the way to exceptional. 2 Front office attendants, Carlee and Lea , were very helpful in offering suggestions on the best way to certain places downtown and on traffic flow. Being in the hospitality business my entire career, one gets to assess a Hotel’s heart and soul by interacting with Hotel Associates. This hotel owner is very apparently committed to providing an exceptional property and the enthusiasm of staff in the front office, food and beverage , and maintenance services is to be commended. They are sincerely proud to be affiliated with this hotel and highly complementary of the quality focus to be delivered by the owner’s standards Highly recommended!!!

"Clean, Friendly and Close to Nissan Stadium"

Hotel is now a Holiday Inn. We stayed during CMAFest for its close location to Nissan Stadium/walking distance. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful ! The complimentary shuttle to downtown was very convenient and ran every hour until 8:00pm. The hotel is currently going through some nice renovations, but it didn't affect our stay in any way. Was kept very neat and clean during our stay.
