"NEVER EVER!!!! Stay FAR Away"

This was the most horrible hotel experience I've ever had. I have NO CLUE why they have positive reviews. I wouldn't let my dog stay here. 1. The hotel staff was extremely rude. 2. The elevators did not work. 3. We had to climb 7 flights of stairs. 4. We never once got an apology, when my child was trapped on the elevator. 5. When I asked to speak to a manager, they were never there or available. 6. It is loud and right next door is a loading doc for 18 wheelers. This place is seriously horrible. DO NOT come here with your family. They showed no concern or care that my child was stuck on the elevator, we had to call 911 ourselves. When they got out thanks to the fire department, no one even asked if they were ok, or apologized for the horrible and traumatic experience. I have never in my whole life. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. Nashville has too many good hotels, this is NOT one of them.

We hung out the hotel bar we met Justin. We had a great time. He was super helpful in terms of where to visit. We went to where he recommended and it was amazing! Had a great trip to Nashville and it was our first time and we had a great trip! So wonderful love Nashville

We hung out with Justin at the hotel bar. He was great and super nice and talkative. Gave great drink recommendations and is friendly. Love Nashville it’s been great here at the Holiday Inn. A nice couple even bought our drinks, lovely! Will be staying again

Madeline was a true gem. She surpassed our expectations. The drinks were great n the Place was very clean. Jordan made it a delight to buy drinks at the bar. Thanks. I had a great time I sure will be back in the fall Tha pool was also a treat. The kids loved it.

"Convenient to downtown"

The hotel was conveniently located for access to downtown, yet far enough to be in a quiet area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle to downtown was very nice so we didn’t have to pay for parking. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside is the walls were thin so that we heard our neighbors talking, tv, music.
