"NIGHTMARE! Had to escape at cost."

Absolutely HORRENDOUS. I'm traumatized from the experience. The parking garage is nasty and that's where the nightmare unfolds. There is noone ever at the front desk - I don't believe they actually have employees. If you call the front desk from your "room" (will get to that in a minute), they put you on hold indefinitely. 20 minutes later you are still on hold. In other words there is no front desk or housekeeping. The worst part of this hotel is the ROOM. We had a 2 queen bed DELUXE upgraded room. The hallways are dark, dirty and look like a half way house. The rooms are old, dirty, and unkempt. Our upgraded room was missing it's DELUXE refrigerator. So when we finally flagged down a person in uniform, they had an old battered refrigerator delivered on a dolly and left it at the door. The fridge worked.after we plugged it in. The walls are paper thin, the staff is tired and generally pissed off. We essentially stayed at something worse than a motel 6. Can't blame the staff. They are not to blame. But whoever runs this terrible joint needs to be held accountable. The BBB or business alliance of las vegas should check in and force them to do an overhaul. This experience left us traumatized enough that we escaped after 1 night and checked into treasure island.

"The worst hotel we stayed at in America"

Constant smell of smoke and weed in the rooms, extremely outdated rooms with no lights just a lamp, windows covered up so can’t see out of them. Rooms feel dirty, staff were rude and unhelpful. Cheapest place in vegas but would honestly spend the extra and not end up regretting your stay.

"Dirty Tubs and Negligent Staff"

I chose Circus Circus to stay at for my first time in Las Vegas while on tour with my band. That was a huge mistake! We had been on the road all the day and the the thing we were looking forward to the most was the hot tub. We took a small dip in the pool and hot tub that were absolutely disgusting but who cares right? Then I proceeded to head upstairs to take a shower. Just as I had jumped in the shower, the drain had been massively clogged. So I tried to wiggle it s bit to see if it may help but nothing worked. I figured that I should just tough it out and try to rinse off quickly and wash my hair and body. At this point the water was halfway up past my calf and small pieces of hair that were not mine proceeded to float up around my feet and ankles. A small piece of glass floated up into the water (or is was already in the tub) and I stepped on it! Covered in soap, I rinsed quickly and hopped out of the shower to find myself leaving a trail of blood on the towels and floor behind me. I proceeded to call the Front Desk where they security and an engineer to find out what happened. I filled out an incident report and they took pictures of my foot, the blood on the ground and the tub. The engineer came up and pulled out a cat sized was of hair from the now broken drain and we had to sit their for almost 3 hrs wasting our time in Vegas to watch a man clean a drain. Not only is it just negligent but it's downright disgusting and super disappointing that I had to waste my first time in Vegas doing this. I was able to maybe spend a couple hrs at the slots downstairs but other than that, my foot hurt and I was exhausted. I've called Risk Management and Security a total of around 10 times now. Left messages with Risk Management seeing if I can be compensated for all of this and still haven't heard back. I understand that it is a large hotel, but things like this need to be dealt with quickly in order to satisfy the guest. If no further action is taken in the next couple of weeks, I will be forced to take further legal action on the matter as this was absolutely ridiculous. Definitely won't be going back anytime soon. If this is resolved then its a maybe. The rest of the hotel experience was super cool and I loved the games and acts and convenience of food. But I just can't look past this

"Don't stay here...better options at other locations."

Will not stay here again. Don't be fooled by advertised room rates. Front desk at lobby, located in back of hotel, is closed. Check in at the lobby with confusing kiosks. Can add fees if your not carful. Check in requires help from an attendant. There is a line to wait to get help from attendant. Then they charge you $44.20 for that privilege to get your plastic room key. There is the added daily resort fee of $40. My real room rate is $138.81 per night with all the fees for 5 days or $694.05 during the month of Jan 2025. Can be confusing negotiating your way around the place. Need better way finding. Some concession's were closed in the hotel/casino. The employees were courteous, respectful, and helpful. The marketing/advertising not so much. The rooms were clean. Did not receive daily maid service. The place is a casino hotel with motor lodges and RV spaces.

"Dilapidated, dated, disgusting really ZERO stars"

What an awful experience, from the no-human check in (the place was in chaos!) to the rats between the buildings to the rooms that were disgusting. And - hard to say what was more annoying - the panhandlers on the premises ( no visible security) to the on site ''salesmen" who followed you unless you were downright rude to them. I would not stay there again if it was free. In fact, I would not stay there again if you paid me...
