At my arrival you need to check in a kiosk that doesn’t work at all. Some people have to assist you. Then my room was not ready. They upgrade me to a suite, yea right. A suite older than my grandma. Outdated and feels like a cave. The small fridge sounds like a train wreck and the smoke alarm sounds a beep because it needs the battery to be replaced. At the end they changed and I was able to sleep. Definitely I don’t recommend this hotel at the end it is expensive. Resort fees for what?

A truly massive hotel. It has everything inside: a huge casino, fast food options, and even an amusement park. It’s one of the oldest hotels in Las Vegas, and the rooms could use some updating. Check-in and check-out are done via computer, and the limited remaining staff is quite unfriendly. I tried emailing about the cash deposit I left, but I never received a response. Nice to visit and see, but there might be better options out there.

If I could give it negative 5, I would. I booked this place, about 2 months ago, based on THREE things. Free wi-fi, +25 by the way, refrigerators in rooms and the availability, of hot tubs. As an older adult, I don't care about the circus, the casinos which are at every stop here, or the waterpark...which by the way is NOT open. When we approached the front desk about the lack of reliable wi-fi, we were told sorry. Their webiste never states that you can only put one device, that it is actually less than 5mpps unless you pay. We had to wait more than 2 hours for the refrigerator, that I had to pay extra for, while I had food going warm in my room. I ended up putting ice in the bathroom sink to keep it from spoiling. We walk around all day... it is VEGAS after all and inquire as to where the open hot tub is, because one of the two is empty. We are told it is "in the pool" and it closes at 5. There is no indication that the pool or hot tub closes that early. They are both heated and industry standard is 9-10 pm. Did I mention they are located in Vegas and there is so much to do? Families like to spend time doing fun things and the kids now come back from a day out finding that they don't have any pool to swim in and their parents have no place to melt away their stress. Don't get me started on the rooms. You walk into the building and it had a stale smell, the carpets haven't been changed, or possibly cleaned, since 1982. The decor is definately 1982 and the desk staff leave a lot to be desired. They bug at at every turn to take a tour to buy their timeshare. This mention of amendities is false adversitement and borderline fraudulent, if not full on fraud. There are no updates on their website at all. When I mentioned that, they said they can't possibly keep their website updated that often....seriously? Then your web development team needs to be fired. That is precisely why you should be updating your site. Families, and us older adults, count on the information you put out there and you choose to falsely advertise all of the amenities you say you offer. In my experience, half of them aren't available. Just so you know, we have not seen the fitness center or the laundry facilities.....beware! When we asked for the resort fee refunded or some sort of accomodation, we were....no.... we dont' do that. So they like to take your money, and screw you in the end. Try to get it back....your problem, not ours. Their tag line should...IT MAY BE OUR CIRCUS, BUT YOU'RE THE MONKEY.

"I would not recommend this hotel"

It started with a check-in process which was extremely difficult considering I had two rumor reservations and we had the check in at the kiosk and the kiosk responded by saying that we had to check in with the front desk. The lady at the front desk gave us two confirmation numbers to go back to the kiosk to try to check in. It was then determined that the confirmation that was given to us by the front desk representative was not the right one. We had to go back to the front desk she finally gave us the correct confirmation number. When we asked where our rooms were located she did not give us the correct directions. Took us a while before we found our rooms. When I got to my room it was very musty smelling there was garbage all over the parking lot. We paid $125 in resort fees for three nights stay per room. Don't know where that $125 is going to other than their pockets but obviously they did not do anything to spruce up those rooms. They're old not very well kept. Now I know why they had a good price for the rooms and I've learned my lesson. Also in one of the rooms the toilet wasn't even bolted to the floor there was mold in the bathroom. The next morning we went into the casino looking for breakfast options. We asked a couple of the staff members where they would recommend for breakfast. They couldn't fully recommend anything in the hotel. We decided to try the breakfast buffet and it was not worth it for $27 a person. Would not recommend this hotel.

"Not elegant but decent rooms for a reasonable price."

Circus Circus is an older property. We stayed on the Manor side rather than the tower. The rooms are in need of updating. Not an elegant experience, but for the most inexpensive rooms on the strip- a great place to sleep on the strip. And of course kids love the air conditioned amusement park. And parking is free and easy to access.
