Definitely was no value for the price, when I was booking I ensured to book a junior suite. The advertised room was “newly updated”, however, when I arrived and checked in, I got sent to a building next door. Upon entrance the building had an awful smell, the elevator was very dirty and so was the carpet on the floor that I staying. Looked like it had not been cleaned since it was first put down on the floor. Following this, I put down my stuff and went about my evening. When it was time to take a shower and get in bed, there were small black worms in my shower and the sheets were dirty. It was so frustrating because I was tired, I was very intentional about trying to book the best room and this room was nothing compared to what was online. Anyways, the phone in the room was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and it was not even working. I called the front desk with my phone to let them know about the bathroom and bed and I was met with the response “the housekeeper will get there when she can as we only have one person working” very nonchalant response, not even an apology, just a very I don’t care attitude. Front desk gave pretty face but that’s it. No customer service. Anyways, after calling back and saying listen either housekeeping comes now or you give me back my money, she finally showed up. She was super nice and helpful. She cleaned the shower and we changed the sheets together. When removing the pillow case, the pillows were dirty and stained filled. I just told her to take it from the room. In the towel bin where they stored fresh towels, somebody’s strip eyelashes were left there. The toilet had black stuff in it. It was absolutely disgusting, you can tell that there is no pride taken in maintaining the hotel. So many staff but very low quality of output. I had to just withstand this for the time I was there as it felt like you were begging a stay rather than paying your money. I would absolutely never stay here again. Better to book an Airbnb if you’re staying longer than 1 night, you will get better value for your money. 0/10, so disappointing

The front desk staff in particular was the reason why my stay was phenomenal. Great service like that exhibited by Johanna and the general manager was impeccable. As someone that travels often it is rare to find the type of service exhibited. Quick service, very accommodating, very caring. I felt safe and considered and that goes a long way. Happy hr and welcome party with complimentary food ?crackers/ cheese/ fruit) and drinks ( Prosecco) was too kind ! No where else in Miami is doing that for guests. Made our stay that much more special. The washcloths could have refilled more on the daily and another trash bin by the bed are my only cons.

The worst trip ever. Hotel is very old and rooms are dirty. Had to switch rooms from dirty to smelly. Even windows are sprayed from the outside so 0 views. And whatever you do please don’t use the valet. We stayed for 1 night before flying out to Europe. Took our carry on with us and left large suitcase in the trunk of the car. Used valet and when we got the car next morning the suit case with all our belongings was gone. No one wanted to take responsibility. No working cameras. We called police did a report but no resolution whatsoever. Waited for a manager for over an hour just to get an attitude. Would never recommend this place. It totally ruined our trip.

Check in was easy. Registered for a double room. Got my key and I had to walk through the restaurant with my luggage, brown liquid leaking from the walls around the coffee bar, up the elevator, through painters painting the hallway, dragging my suitcase over their drop cloths under a ladder to get into my room. The double room was so small my boyfriend and I could not walk past each other without one of us climbing in to the bed. The bathroom was tiny with no shower curtain that when you sat on the toilet and went to stand up you couldn’t your head on the small half basketball sized sink. No shelves. No dresser. No closet. Could not fit an open suitcase on the floor. Not at all like the pictures on the website. Was moved the next day to a new room, which was better and fine. But not impressed with anything here.

Do not stay at this hotel. The rooms are gross and the service is terrible. There's no bath mat, no tissues, dirty toilets and I had to call down to get more towels each day I stayed and then the people who brought the towels would not stop asking if I could leave a review. Why would I leave a review for doing something that should have already been done? Also one night when I tried calling the front desk, I called 4 times and no-one picked up. Once I got home I realized I had an additional charge on my card. When I called, they said it was from the mini-bar. I didn't have anything from the mini-bar and the manager hasn't called me back and the staff is incredibly rude.
