Overall a great stay! Loved how we had access to just about everything by the hotel such as stores, bars, restaurants and of course the beach. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The rooftop pool was great! Loved all the great hospitality across all three connected hotels and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again.

This hotel is not good. When I arrived, there were NO towels in my bathroom, the phone did not work to call the front desk, and the carpet in the hallways were filthy. My room was not cleaned the second day I was here, and when I asked if they could clean it they said they would and they never did. Guests ran down the hallway at 4:00 am drunk and would not stop screaming and yelling. I do NOT recommend this hotel

Not pretty or comfortable; just dirty, old with an attempt to improve with cheap materials. Liked · We got a room, (but like from a sub standard motel)No convenient and not nice or pretty. Sub standard bathroom. No closet door and safe was all rusty. Disliked · Wi Fi didn't work and they couldn't fix it to make it work; we called. The bath room didn't have hooks / hangers for towels; throw on floor. The furnishing were very cheap and old. the toilet paper hanger couldn't be reached / used. Toilet roll stayed in sink. The hallway carpet stunk and was filthy. The hall elevator had a million coats of paint on it and looked sketchy safety wise; all scratched up and made terrible scraping noises when it stopped on each floor.. The restaurant was over priced but since it was about 60 degrees we couldn't eat there anyhow. We tried the free happy hour cocktails but they were pre made rum and cokes in a clear dixie cup and we passed. They are obsessed with washing down the outside of this place but the patio in front has panels of ceramic tile and it was very slippery if wet; dah??? The shower was scalding hot and you had to shut if off and then just barely move the handle back to not get burned every time and keep readjusting it. It rained 1 inch one afternoon and the adjacent rooms had to be vacated because of water leaking but ours didn't but they had to move.

"Very very dirty room, awful smells, lack of care of property and poor customer service"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5

Definitely was no value for the price, when I was booking I ensured to book a junior suite. The advertised room was “newly updated”, however, when I arrived and checked in, I got sent to a building next door. Upon entrance the building had an awful smell, the elevator was very dirty and so was the carpet on the floor that I staying. Looked like it had not been cleaned since it was first put down on the floor. Following this, I put down my stuff and went about my evening. When it was time to take a shower and get in bed, there were small black worms in my shower and the sheets were dirty. It was so frustrating because I was tired, I was very intentional about trying to book the best room and this room was nothing compared to what was online. Anyways, the phone in the room was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and it was not even working. I called the front desk with my phone to let them know about the bathroom and bed and I was met with the response “the housekeeper will get there when she can as we only have one person working” very nonchalant response, not even an apology, just a very I don’t care attitude. Front desk gave pretty face but that’s it. No customer service. Anyways, after calling back and saying listen either housekeeping comes now or you give me back my money, she finally showed up. She was super nice and helpful. She cleaned the shower and we changed the sheets together. When removing the pillow case, the pillows were dirty and stained filled. I just told her to take it from the room. In the towel bin where they stored fresh towels, somebody’s strip eyelashes were left there. The toilet had black stuff in it. It was absolutely disgusting, you can tell that there is no pride taken in maintaining the hotel. So many staff but very low quality of output. I had to just withstand this for the time I was there as it felt like you were begging a stay rather than paying your money. I would absolutely never stay here again. Better to book an Airbnb if you’re staying longer than 1 night, you will get better value for your money. 0/10, so disappointing
