Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Chandler’s Restaurant & Lounge is located on-site at Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach. The restaurant offers a menu inspired by locally grown fresh products and features signature cocktails. For convenience, an on-site fitness center and a business center with fax and photocopying services are available at the hotel.

My wife and I had a great time at the resort, especially in the BMW X5 shuttle service to Encinitas and Carlsbad. The staff was excellent, the food at the restaurant was very good, and Tyler at the bar was really fun to interact with while he was making great drinks.

Room comfortable. Pillows and quilt nice and fluffy. $30 per night to park is too expensive. At check in we were not informed that coffee was available in the lobby. Only found out on our third day. Room service only came on the second day and did not come at all on the third day. We made our own beds. I called reception to have them bring coffee pods up for the coffee machine and they only left decaf coffee pods in the room. Beach view, but no beach access. There is a fence. Nice outdoor patio area.

3043 was quite a hike to get too. It seemed old style and somewhat worn, not what I am used to at Hiltons. I had to ask housekeeper to vacuum floor. Not many room amenities, but didn’t spend much time there.The lobby was great, the dining room was very nice and because the temperature was cool, we didn’t take advantage of the outside, but looked nice. I was on a package deal to see the condos up the road- transportation was not provided and I feel the $40 per day for valet was pretty high, considering there wasn’t much building . near the hotel. The people working valet were very nice, as was the staff in the hotel.

Awesome stay! Upon arrival we were happily greeted by the valet, Beck. He was attentive, personable and very helpful throughout our stay! We then met Bob at the front desk who checked us in and whom we found to be quite pleasant, congenial and welcoming! During our stay we had a few glitches with the room reservation and charges, none of which were the fault of any staff but rather computer issues. Julissa and Hermine worked to correct the issues and were extremly accommodating and gracious. Michelle, the manager, went above and beyond to correct everything and made sure we would enjoy our stay. Kudos to you all and you all deserve raises! The few times we were in the bar/restaurant we found the staff there to be friendly, personable and helpful as well. In addition, the room was clean and spacious. The bed, linens and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Awesome stay! parking garage is easily accessible directly across the street. Bikes are available for use. Property is beautiful. their patio/dining area has a lovely sunset view-tables are first come-first served; get their early for a good table. Live music during happy hour on the patio. Fire pit areas near the pool. Beds are comfy. Staff is very helpful and accommodating.
