"Amazing mini getaway!!!"

My daughters and I stayed during restaurant week. We were very impressed with Canopy. The rooms were very unique and clean. The staff were very friendly. I did have a problem with a charge on my bill but it was promptly rectified. We will definitely return.

The hotel is adorable and the rooms are so unique and beautiful. However, the most memorable part was Cathy and Yessy at the front desk. They greeted me so kindly and made my night! They went above and beyond helping me with an uber issue and just truly showed care and initiative. I will be back as I felt so cared for!

Where to start, from the quick reply in making the reservation with my questions, to the check-in process to the eclectic yet contemporary stylings, to the warm greeting every time you encounter staff from housekeeping to front desk to restaurant- was exceptional. I don't dress the part. I'm not in business attire and yet I was treated as if I was royalty and that goes a long way, but the showstopper of this review was the smash burger. I decided to have for a late lunch early dinner and when I tell you, it was the best burger I've ever had in my entire life. It is without fail number one. This property could easily Market around that burger and become famous for it. It is so good seasoning to perfection the melted cheese, the juiciness of the hamburger and the toasted buttery flavor of the bun was exceptional. I savored every bite after a long day at the convention center. Thank you for an extraordinary stay. I'm lucky enough to get one more night here before I depart and I shall be back, whenever I come to Philly. This will be my place of choice to stay and by the way, my room is impeccably clean and styled to perfection thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful experience with the staff here. Special shoutout to Yedidah, Cathy, Tiffany, April, Devoni and the rest of the team. They were extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The ladies made sure to check up on me regularly and went above and beyond when I needed support. I was in the service industry for over 20+years so I can recognize, appreciate and value when I receive such great hospitality. Keep up the amazing job as it is not an easy task to deal with the many challenges that they have to face on a daily. If you get an opportunity to stay at The Canopy, just remember that these ladies are doing their best to make sure that their guests are taken care of. Practice a little bit of patience, understanding and show them some kindness. It goes a long way.
