🚨 DO NOT STAY at Buena Park Grand Hotel & Suites! 🚨 This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I booked a stay at Buena Park Grand Hotel & Suites (7762 Beach Blvd, CA) and was met with unlivable conditions and complete staff negligence. ❌ Major Issues: • No Heating & No Hot Water – My room was freezing, forcing me to walk around all night to stay warm. My hands turned red, I had a severe headache, and I couldn’t sleep. • Broken Toilet – It didn’t flush. Staff promised to fix it but never did. • Multiple Room Changes, Same Issues – Every new room had major problems (bad smells, loud noises, or no heating). • Ignored Until 4 AM – I called the front desk over 20 times, waited in the freezing lobby for 2 hours, and was completely ignored. • Had to Leave at 5 AM – I went to McDonald’s just to warm up and avoid getting sick. ❌ Hotel Lied & Refused Refund • After reporting everything to Priceline, the hotel lied, claiming they were “unaware” of my complaints. • I have proof (call logs, messages, photos), yet they refused to take responsibility. 💥 Thankfully, My Kids Weren’t With Me 💥 I originally planned to bring my kids. I can’t imagine them suffering through this nightmare. No guest—especially families—should ever stay here.

This hotel in Buena Park is an ideal location close to Knotts Berry Farm if you are looking for a comfortable quiet place to sleep. I found the bed to be comfortable and my room was very clean. A little outdated on the tub, but I didn't mind as I didn't stay here for that. I came on a short business trip and wanted a nice spot. Also, it didn't smell of bad cleaning chemicals that some hotels use. Staff is nice and answered my questions as far as where good places to eat and relax.

I'll JUST GET RIGHT INTO IT... TILE IN SHOWER GROSS (LOOKS LIKE IT WAS INSTALLED IN 1970, CLEANED A FEW TIMES IN 1980). KNOB ON SINK FELL OFF, COVER MISSING ON TV REMOTE SO BATTERIES WERE TAPED ON, ALL LIGHT ARE ON A MOTION DETECTOR, BLINDS DON'T WORK SO PEOPLE CAN LOOK IN, DEAD BOLT ON DOOR DID'NT WORK AND NO SMOKE DETECTOR (DANGEROUS), HEATER DIDN'T WORK (VERY COLD AT NIGHT). OTHER THEN THAT IT WAS GREAT LOL.

Dont book from this hotel. Me and my family had to move after 3 days, because of the bad service and disgusting rooms. There was a smell in the room, like something was dead inside. And they dont give our money back from the last 5 days still. We are waiting!!
