"Horrible Experience and Need Refund"

First of all, the staff was not nice at all they all seemed to have an attitude. The meal was horrible cold and not fitting to eat plus it was more like kids serving not adults serving. The dessert was a very small spoon full of chocolate pudding. It was just horrible I wished I never spent my money on this especially on Christmas Day. It was a very horrible experience, and I would not recommend the dinner theater to anybody. The Museum was great and only that part was good everything else was a waste of time and money. It's not worth that much money for the meal and entertainment that you get. I will never be visiting his place again. I gave a one star because it did not go any lower. The deserve a negative rating. When I made reservations for this the menu was nothing like what was served, I was only given ten minutes to eat which I did not eat because it was horrible and very cold.

"Over priced for value"

Our church group went Dec 28, 2024 to see A Savior Has Come. The food was like school lunch, canned and warmed up served on plastic divider trays. The seat arm was sticky from previous spilled beverage. The singers and show were not what we expected, some were ok, some sang off key and some were good. There was a speaker cracking while some songs played and was rather annoying. Overall, a bust. I would never pay $63 to see that again. There are better shows and better food in Pigeon Forge.

It is a shame that not more people would take advantage of the Christmas time show. The dinner was good. The show, singing was tolerable. Not a fan of sarcastic cut downs of others to try and make a joke, but message was good.

"A very nice family-friendly show"

A very nice family-friendly show with lots of excellent music and talented singers; nice use of visual effects. The meal was delicious and served warm—but not hot. Portions were adequate but sufficient but not over-filling. Nicely padded seats and easy aisle access. I would go back.
