Indoor heated pool, hot whirlpool is always a welcome site, after a day in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, this property located in the heart of Pigeon Forge . The breakfast bar is stocked very well and really tastey. Trolley stop just outside makes for ease of traveling to many locations including Gatlinburg

Our room had multiple roaches. We were there for three days. The breakfast only had sausage as the one breakfast meat option all three days. There was very little seating, especially considering this model has 100 rooms. The TV had a genetic remote, and you could not even control closed captioning with it. We travel over 75 days a year. I would never stay here again. BTW, we both have multiple professional college degrees, so we are not basing our review on cost.

Stayed at this Best Western based on previous reviews. Hotel is overpriced for what we experienced. Facilities are old, and hotel needs a renovation. Hotel is noisy due to proximity to the main drag. Walls are paper thin. We were located next to a young family, and their voices penetrated through the adjacent walls. Decor is 1980’s with dark drab colors and worn out furniture. Linens were also old…especially the bed sheets.We have stayed at much nicer Best Western’s in the past. We won’t be returning.

NIce, clean and affordable. The breakfast was very good. The price was very affordable and fair. Our first time staying here and should have years ago, I was very suprised at how well maintained the property was inside and out, they do an amazing job. Will stay here again in the future.

This hotel is clean and the room we had, surprisingly quiet. It is near the end of the very congested and gaudy main road in Pigeon Forge. We had an inside room by the pool and hot tub. Though we didn't use it, the area was clean and well kept. There is a restaurant next door so dinner and drinks are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here again if I pass through the area.
