"Exceeds expectations especially for the price."

A delightful stay. The rooms are extremely clean and the property is very well maintained. I would definitely stay at this property again when I am back into that area. The staff here is extremely attentive and would help you out with any problems that might come up.

"First night trip with my girlfriend"

My girlfriend and I went our annual trip and this year was the Berkshires. We both flew into Hartford, CT and drove up to Springfield for our first night, which was at this Best Western. The room was tight with two double beds, but it had a small fridge and coffee maker. The bed was average. We were facing a busy street, so we had alot of road noise. The bathroom was fine with the sink outside the bathroom. The price was reasonable and the room was clean, but I don't think I would stay here for more than a night or two.

The bed was comfortable, towels were soft and shower was good, but the place needs to be cleaned better. Giant cobwebs in the hallway! There is a decent hot breakfast but it is only available until 9am. I actually saw someone get locked out on the dot of nine even though there was plenty of food left.

Don't waste your money. The property was dirty. The check in area was disgusting. Carpets in the room were sticky. Toilets barely flushed. Hot and humid in the hallways. Breakfast was subpar. We were told they would be adding an additional fee to our credit card based on their policy. The clerk pointed out the policy, which just read if you were using a DEBIT card. We used a credit card. There was also a weird floral smell in the hallways. We usually stay at Best Western properties. For the price we paid, I would not recommend staying here. Very disappointed.

"Hotel night stay, and that's all because......"

The hotel is a 2 star hotel because while it's a place to sleep it's decor is very plain, interestingly wild looking carpets, bathroom door is noisy needs WD40, the breakfast was not fresh and tasty "nasty" according to one guest plus they had very limited. The grounds were paltry and had no outside benches to sit around the hotel, as most others do. I'm addition, my eyes watered and I coughed all night, this doesn't happen at home. I believe it was due to environment bedding and what they were washed in so real triggers. The pool was under construction and the fitness TV didn't work. And for that I'm giving it a 2 🌟. 1 for staff friendliness and a place to rest for the night. Would not recommend.
