Conveniently located and very clean, with a decent breakfast and friendly staff. We extended our stay, which we booked on Priceline, and were able to negotiate a rate with the front desk for additional nights. We'd stay there again and plan to do so.

This was not a good experience at all. The room was fairly clean except pubic hair in the shower. The shower bar was rusted and kept falling out, the hardware for sinks and shower are very dated and somewhat difficult to turn on, the toilet sits so low to the ground that unless you are of mini stature your going to have a climb to get up off of it. I saw a baby cockroach crawl out from under the soda machine on the second floor, the pool was not very clean, the food for breakfast was not very good at all. It was just not. The beds are extremely uncomfortable if you have any kind of physical issues like back, legs, being human ECT.... No blankets on the beds only sheets and it's still February when we went. Just not worth the money at all. Save your money and go somewhere cleaner and more comfortable.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing. Kind, caring, informative. They can answer any question you can throw at them, will give you maps and information on any local establishment, etc. The rooms are a bit dated, but they are in the process of updating them now. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is very well done with hot and cold items and very plentiful, coffee available all day, and the pool/hot tub area is wonderful. The location, being right on the strip, is wonderful. Not noisy at all and there are many things within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

We go to Branson at least 3 times a year, and since we brought my parents this time, they wanted to stay somewhere close to the Clay Cooper Theatre, so I chose this Best Western. Absolutely a horrible experience. We are Platinum members and all they offered were 2 water bottles, and didn't even ask if we wanted points. The rooms were gross, and the pictures prove it. Their breakfast was thrown together as eggs, tater tots, and cheese. This Best Western should not have the brand, and we will be contacting the corporate office because when I told the lady who I turned the keys in how disgusting the rooms were, she didn't care, and I am sure this wasn't the first time she has heard of it. I also asked to speak with a manager but there was no on available. One nice thing was the gentleman who checked us in last night (we stayed for only night, November 29th), and he was helpful explaining the layout of the property.

One of the better Best Westerns that they have, staff is warm and welcoming. Breakfast bar has good options, and staff helps you with what you need, rooms are very clean and roomy. I usually stay here when in Branson and have enjoyed each time. Good walking distance to some attractions and eating places
