We just returned from a weekend stay. The hotel was very nice. Cleanliness was a 10 plus. Breakfast was good. If we weren't tired from Silver Dollar City we would of used the hot tub. All staff were friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would return on my next visit. Great location!

Excellent concierge service for helping get show tickets. Suite had plenty of room for a family of 4. Location was great for seeing all the attractions of the Branson area several within walking distance. Breakfast was kinda of basic but can't complain for free. Pool was nice.

My husband and I made reservations through "Branson Shows". I am in a wheelchair and needed a wheelchair accessible room. The room we got was not accessible. When we spoke with the hotel clerk about the fact that what we booked and paid for was not handicapped accessible, she stated that they had only two accessible rooms and they were already booked. She offered not refund or discount. So, if you require the use of an accessible room, don't go here.

The carpet was disgustingly nasty! The room smelt horrible. I had to spray air freshener every time I was in there we tried to stay away as long as we could and just sleep there I won’t be coming back. I do not recommend this place at all. It needs a total remodel.

The rooms were clean..the breakfast was fresh with a big selection..the pool was amazing..the staff were courteous and accommodating as we had one member in a wheelchair and there was not an accessible room so equipment was provided that helped out
