"A Great Place to Stay"

The staff here are great - very service oriented and quick to respond to any requests we made. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was so nice having the breakfast service as well. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation!

"ANTS IN BATHROOM, POOL DIRTY, HOT TUB CLOUDY, BREAKFAST NOT READY WHEN PROMISED"

Found ANTS in the bathroom 1st morning reported it, not taken care of. Pool dirty, hot tub cloudy. Second day ants still there took bathmat to front desk to show them ants. They claim the order was place but never said we gave permission to enter room which we did because we told him we would be at Cranberry Fest all day so it would work out perfect for maintenance to check it out. They did credit us one night stay for our trouble. Friday breakfast is suppose to be ready at 6 we went down at 6:20 it was not totally set up. The front desk also handles the breakfast so that is why it wasn't ready. We didn't eat there because we wanted to get on the road for a festival and had a hour drive.

"Nice Best Western"

We usually stay at Best Western hotels since we travel a lot and pretty much know what to expect. This one was one of the nicer ones. Friendly staff. Clean updated rooms and a non smoking hotel which is nice. Had both indoor and outdoor pools. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast nothing special.

"Lucky to find a room"

My husband and I tried to book a room on a Saturday in the Dells. I knew it would be tough but couldn’t find anything in a 10 mile radius. Luckily we managed to find a last minute cancel at the Best Western. We were very fortunate that they managed to get us a top floor room in the back of the hotel. And it was very quiet. Older property But the room was clean and bed very comfortable. Great dark out curtain and AC. Skipped the breakfast and opted for the Log Cabin in Baraboo. A good nights sleep. Happy folks.

"Neglected hotel"

Hotel was very dirty, bugs everywhere, the entire hotel stank of marijuana and my family and I actually saw 2 people smoking it near the pool. The room was old, dirty carpet, loud a/c unit. Breakfast was below average, the food was gross. The outdoor pool and hot tub were nice. I will not stay here again.
