We stayed in Gatlinburg from 12/28/24-01/01/25. Rosa, housekeeper, was amazing. Our room was clean everyday. Everything was nice except the fire pit did not work. Also, I chose to pay at the facility but put a credit card on file when booking. They charged that card for one night then the other card for the balance. I was not happy about that.

The room was newly remodeled and very clean. Very good breakfast in main level everyday. Breakfast also very good. Had view and balcony overlooking the river. Would definitely stay here again. Only bad thing is parking is very tight and noice from the highway could be heard in the rooms. The noice didn’t bother us as couldn’t hear it if tv on and we were gone during the day so no problem for us.

Old crappy elevator lack of adequate safe parking area. Difficult to enter the premises due to constant high traffic. Rooms were clean but bathrooms were a bit awkward and super tiny. Shower spray was weird. I would look around more before staying here. It’s ok it you must but I’m sure you will find better options.

My stay started on a bad note as the lady downstairs at check in rolled her eyes and sighed because I couldn't understand what she was saying in her broken English. The shower head had black mold and so did the ceiling above it. The window AC unit was subpar as well. Breakfast was incredible. The exercise room was too small to make a note of and there is nothing to do at the hotel besides go to your room. Probably wouldn't stay here again

the rooms are right on the main artery going onto Gatlinburg. the noise from the traffic was unbearable. no fault of the hotel, it's just an unfortunate fact. the room was adequate and the view of the river was stunning. I would consider the loud traffic before booking. Especially those families traveling with small children.
