The resort is beautiful inside and outside. The staff was amazing. They went above expectations from day one. The breakfast was really good. It is a great place to take your vacation. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Two of the staff were just amazing-Coach and Brian!! We appreciated their kindness so much! I can’t think of one bad thing to say about the entire visit.

This was our 14th stay at the Avista! We love it here! Convenient, great size, love the location and pools/beach. Our kids love it here. When we arrived and when we were leaving Bryan helped us with our luggage and check in and he was amazing! Will definitely be back!

We stayed at this resort for just one night and thankful that's all it was. The check in process was okay, and our room was ready at 3 pm when we arrived and we appreciated that. We were on the 8th floor in the North Tower and we had a nice ocean view. However, the way the building is built, any noise from the pool area or hot tubs echo all over the building and we could hear every conversation going on in the hot tubs even though we were on the 8th floor. Didn't love the layout of the unit, in that we had a window and an ocean view, but the way the unit is built, there is no window in the bedroom. Liked the bath products , and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The worst part of the night was when we both woke up at 1 am because people were setting off fireworks on the beach! I know the property can't be responsible for what happens on the beach in the middle of the night, but still it was upsetting. I think the best thing about this property is it's right on the beach. Other than that, not a huge fan of this property.
