This resort was rented through Elliott Beach Realty. The place was filthy,lights falling out of the ceiling in the kitchen. The drapes in the one bedroom were held up with chip clips!! The rug in the kitchen was thrown away as soon as we got there. The dust in the fans was hanging 6 inches down from the ceiling! In fairness…. The staff at the Avista was not responsible for cleaning or maintaining the condo. Elliott Beach realty was. We went to the realty company and showed pics and to let them know we would not be paying the cleaning fee included in our rental. The problem is they didn’t even know what they were renting! NEVER USE ELLIOTT BEACH RENTAL!!! This was quoted as a luxury rental.🤮 The Avista staff was very nice and some rental units looked nice but the pool areas and surrounding the building needs to be upgraded and taken care of. The chairs around the pool areas were stained and old and didn’t really feel comfortable swimming there. I would never stay here again.

Nice clean facilities and friendly staff. Oceanfront views are epic in nature..parking was very adequate and adjacent to the main facility. The beach and ocean are just a stone's throw away with very white traditional beach sand that's legendary.

Best resort in North Myrtle beach. Mel at the front desk and Louis at the bar go above and beyond to make our stay special! The resort has everything we need. Comfortable and very clean accommodations. We are in our eleventh year. We won’t stay anywhere else.

This review is for Luis at the Treetop Lounge. He makes sure your happy with whatever is served to you whether it be food or drinks. He also makes you feel very welcome! It’s so nice to be able to stay within the resort to for food and drinks! I might add, we got “snowed in” while we were here too. We’ll be back next year!
