I spent 6 days with my grandparents; who stay from December to April 1st. We have stayed at the Avista many times over the last 12 years. Coach is the most pleasant, kind, and attentive bell man you will meet. He always makes sure you have what you need and will offer to help you with anything. My grandparents consider him a friend now. Overall a great experience here.

Seemed nosier than before until to rest well. An alarm in the laundry room was set off on Sunday night (and by night, I mean after 10:00 p.m.) Hall noise and outside noises contributed to not as well rested as preferred. I prefer to sleep in the dark and was never able to turn off the light above the stove. Shower temp and pressure was questionable at times.

5. Recommend this place to others. Love the pool and hot tubs are great for relaxing. Love being able to sit at the tables and umbrellas with our feet in the sand without going to the beach. Tree top bar is nice. Ocean front is awesome to sit on the deck with coffee in the morning and night time drink.

We had a nice stay, great location and amazing views. The lazy river is a great feature, pools never too crowded to enjoy. Parking garage very close, easy to get to, tight as many other reviews have expressed. We walked to Main Street for food, easy to get around.
