What a beautiful find. We stoped here just passing through the area on a business trip and ended up spending two nights. We will definitely be back for a much longer vacation. This is a very clean place and all the employees are so friendly. Our room had a beautiful view for a sunrise.

First time staying here. Bryan greeted us in the check in parking lot. Guided us to check in counter while explaining all about the resort. 1 or 2 minor room things during stay were corrected in a timely manor. All in all a good place to stay. We liked the room layout and would stay here again. Thanks!!!

We stayed in the Avista while attending our son’s baseball tournament. From beginning to end, the booking process was seamless and almost totally digital. The room was well appointed and well designed for a family. We were on the 14th floor and the view was AMAZING. In the morning, when the shrimp boats came by we could see dolphins and even a whale (no joke- an actual whale) trailing the boat to snack on fish and shrimp churned up by the nets. For the price, you can’t beat the Avista for a family stay.

This is my second time staying here. It’s clean, cozy, and safe. It feels like home when staying here. It is also conveniently located in the heart of Ocean Drive.
