The views were spectacular!! We thought we were going to what turned out to be Zion National Park, but were not disappointed we got the name wrong. We were able to do several tails even though we ate older & have back issues.

This is a timed-entry National Park. I booked a 7 AM time slot online as soon as the window opened up in April. The visitor center is right near the entrance, and they don't open until 7:30, so I just sat in the car and enjoyed the breakfast I brought. Visitor Center was nice and had an extensive gift shop. I then headed out on my drive through the park. It was busy at the parking lots, but with the exception of only one stop that was unbelievably packed, I was able to find parking spots. I didn't have a lot of time, so I wasn't able to hike to the Delicate Arch, but was able to see it from a distance. They were unfortunately paving parts of the park road when I was there, so traffic was stopped for quite a long time. I hope to get back here someday and do the hike to the Delicate Arch.

Best time of year, no crowds at all, high 50's, perfect hiking weather! Delicate Arch is a must! There were almost no people up there this time of year, a bit of a hike, but worth it! Second in order of arches, a short hike to Double arch, another must see! Landscape arch was my 3rd in order of preference another pretty easy enjoyable hike. Don't miss Park Ave!

Great park. Lots to see. It is possible to take in all the arches in one day if you're up for it. Most holes are easy/moderate. I am a disabled veteran so I cannot walk at a normal pace anymore, so we broke it up to 2 days and took it all in comfortably. My service dog, Scout, kept m going, especially uphill. No need to rush. Weather in October was awesome...50+/- degrees in the morning, 70's for the high. Gift shop is great too.
