"Good overall good but staff wasn't friendly"

Front desk agent wasn't very friendly or welcoming. Our room could have been cleaner. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Hotel location was good. Loved the Chula Vista passes. They were $21 per night for up to 4 people. They worked on check in and check out date. Breakfast was good.

"Spring Break Get Away"

I loved that the pool stayed open to 12am no kids after 10pm which was nice. I loved the breakfast it was good and it was very clean I have no complaints, I would definitely go there again, and I love the fact it's 10 mins from everything and you also get waterpark passes.

Very nice room! Everything was very clean. Having a refridgerator and microwave is very nice. View oit thw window is a small creek and woods. Very relaxing. Excellent hot breakfast! Excellent service! Good price. Would stay again for sure. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The daytime front desk staff was excellent! Very friendly & helpful :) Breakfast was a bit underwelming... There was no OJ, no potatoes, barely any yogurt or bread! It was not what it used to be! What happened to the bagels & cream cheese or the bacon? You don't need 2 types of sausage!

"Horrible “Management”"

The staff here is incredibly combative. Nothing about the check-in process was easy. The manager (Travis W.) is arguing with us about the check-in process and the request we made at booking. The manager made a threat to refuse to check us in because he had been “dealing with Karen’s all day” and his fellow front desk team member called a member of our party a Karen to her face. I think it is incredibly ridiculous that someone could have had a bad day and take it out on one specific group of people because he had “had enough.” It is completely understandable that not every single booking request can be accommodated, we were just looking for some consistency across what was being said because multiple employees told us numerous different things. This was a terrible start to what was supposed to be a great couple days of vacation. Based on this experience alone, I would never want to stay in an AmericInn again!
