"Stay someplace else. Not worth the money."

Booked a forest view room, it was great! The beds were comfy the view was really nice with the snow. The shower in our room was the best hotel shower we have ever had. The pool was nice but way to many unattended children in the hot tub. They was never anybody available at the front desk had to wait 5, 10 mins every time..?? breakfast was very disappointing, the food was just not good. The layout is all wrong, difficult. Overall is was ok, will stay somewhere else next trip. The ambassador is our favorite. Big lack of hotel staff, nobody at the front desk. Never seen that before..

The hotel was great. It was exactly what we needed for our family getaway. It’s nice and the price was great. Very family friendly. The pool for the little’s was perfect. And we really enjoyed being able to have option to go to the Chula Vista water park too (which we were able to get with only paying the resort fee which is $21 a day). Definitely will be staying here again.

"Terrible experience!"

Stayed Dec 7th one night! Extremely noisy hotel at night! Pool areas smells of strong chlorine that it burns your eyes when you walk in the pool area! Small children in hot tub ! But the biggest complaint is when we got to the room we had two queens. Opened up one the bed and found blood smeared and one large droplet and the sheets appeared to be dirty! Called the front desk and they said housekeeping was gone for the night and he even said how nasty that was! so we couldn’t get new sheets and they would let management know. So we only had one bed to utilize when paying for two beds! I went downstairs the next morning and talked to someone that said he was a manager. He said he was not told of anything and didn’t seem to care and said housekeeping would call me! 30 minutes later there was 3 people at my door and they wanted to look at the sheets. Pretty much blaming me and saying the blood looked fresh and it had to happen in 24 hours. Well I don’t know but the sheet looked brownish in color so that was older. They pretty much made it sound like I did it and made me feel guilty! If it was mine I would of tried to wash it out and at least try to get it out and wouldn’t of said anything! Just sad how this was handled not even I am sorry this happened or anything! And to look at me and pretty much blamed us is just crazy! If it was housekeeping that was bleeding from a cut when they put the sheets on should of tore them off and threw them out!

"Second time staying….first time was better"

Only complaint was the eating area was not large enough and they didn’t keep the food filled, people were walking up and away mad. The hotel seemed to be more worried about banning smoking, then kids taking over the hot tub. The bedroom and view out the balcony was beautiful

"solid couple hotel"

i enjoyed our stay the bed was comfy, balcony was nice, and whirlpool was great. My only complaint is that i never received my chula vista waterpark passes. other than this the hotel is very nice and i have nothing bad to say about it and would stay again
