"Clean and Welcoming"

Would come here again. Even though it is near the highway I slept through the night like a log. There is a AM/PM nearby for any last minutes snacks. The bathroom and shower are just like the pictures posted. Best of all there are ceiling light so the space inside is nice and bright!

Where to start. 2 times now I have been helped. A few days ago my trailer burnt down in the covelo fires. The night it happened we were evacuated and they helped when me and my coworkers were sent away by everywhere else. The next day went back and fought the little brush fires for 2 days. Came into ukiah unable to find lodging for the night when I tried here again. Rita and Pooja were a blessing and found us a room somehow. The room was clean and comfortable it was quiet and exactly the rest I needed thank you so much for all yall did I will be staying here again.

"Wish I would of booked here from the start"

This hotel is a Gem compared to the rest in the area for the money. Not only was it clean, safe and quiet the service was great. My husband George travels a lot for work and its really hard to find a decent quiet place for him to get rest. However Americas Best Value served all he needed and was quiet. Happy stay equals happy husband.. Thank you for actually keeping your place trash and vagrant free.. see you next week.

"Hotel hell"

This place was horrible. Wall paper was falling off the wall,place was very dirty. Went back to tell them I would like to cancel reservations was told that they needed 24 hour notice I told them how could I do that when I didn’t know room would look this bad. Manager would only give the second night refund. Do not stay here

I would price thisroom lower than Motel 6. $39 per night.Don't stay in smoking room 165. Carpets filthy, shower dirty, towel bar broken off wall. Holes in blanket and bedspread. Cracks and spiders in room. All for a great price of $180/night.
